Kyriad Colmar Centre - Unterlinden Reviews

We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

Only 10 min walk to city center, clean hotel with free parking.

The room is small, but clean. The front desk is good, 24 hours a day, with rich breakfast, various entertainment equipment, and convenient parking. It's in front of the hotel, free parking

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. The staff is very kind and welcoming, they responded to my request by phone to change rooms with 2 single beds and we were very satisfied with my friend. We had a great time at this hotel.

Great hotel. Location was great, it’s very easy to find and it’s just a short 5/10 minute stroll into town. Staff were really friendly. Parking is great, just outside the hotel main door. We only stayed one night but would happily stay again.

Loud electrical (possibly dangerous?) noise every 30 seconds entire night. No management on site in the night, emergency phone to management was dead. Very dangerous situation. Avoid this hotel. Not near old town.

Rooms are neat and fresh, but very compact. Very friendly reception on arrival for both of our visits. We had very inexpensive bookings which made it good value for the one night stops we had on our return journeys to Italy. I would not want to spend much time in the small rooms.

Clean but small, not enough room for both suitcases, had to leave one in car. Small shelf for clothes, 3 hangers. No hooks on walls to hang jackets or towels. Not enough sockets in room and no usb ports. Refurbished in 2019, so this is unacceptable. 4 sockets in total, 2 by bedside, 1 for lamp, 1 for kettle. Can’t charge phone and iPad at same time. Good luck if you have a smart watch or laptop. However that won’t matter as WiFi is terrible, constant buffering. Aircon/heat had to ask reception to higher and lower it, ridiculous. No fridge or safe. Nice staff, good location.

It was very good hotel , the bathroom was amazing and very clean also it had shower gel and the bed was very good . Close to the city center . The staff in the reception were very helpful . I recommend it definitely and I will choose again if I visite Colmar again !

Hotel quite close to the town, about 5/10 min walk. Small 2-storey hotel, comfortable and very clean. Small rooms and bathroom but for us who are only there to sleep it's ok. In the room there is a kettle with tea and Nescaffe which, if consumed, is replaced daily. The only flaw is that the towels are a little old but they change them every day. We only had breakfast one day, good with freshly baked sweet things, but there is a bit of everything both sweet and savory and they replace if it runs out, in my opinion it is a little expensive, but in line with the prices of the area. Good value for money in general

Very nice hotel with current decor. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent and varied. Not far from the Christmas market on foot, about 10 minutes. We recommend it without hesitation!

Clean and modern hotel 15 minutes walk from the centre. It has free parking but with a few non-reservable spaces. Very good breakfast with fresh and quality products especially the dessert. Staff a little detached but information was provided upon request. Dispensers with water and syrups are available. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent value for money for being in Colmar. Advised
