The service was great. Front desk clerk was nice and very helpful plus made sure we had everything we needed and was able t accommodate us on checking in later than usual and checking out a little later the next day. The facilities were very clean. Although I did not get to experience the food. My friend that was with me said he did enjoy the breakfast they for us. Overall it was a good stay. This was the second time I had stayed there and both times were excellent.

Plastic electrical pipe exposed from wall to wall in bathroom hanging freely with no support. It powers the smoke detector… Exposed light fixture above the shower. Had 3 spiders I had to kill in my room. Dust, chipped paint, bathroom door leaned so bad it stayed open. Frame was painted over so many times it wouldn’t shut. You can hear everyone around you. Would never stay here again. You couldn’t pay me.

The room and bathroom were spotless and more than adequately appointed. The problem was the heater in my room: very noisy when it cycled on…woke me up every time, unfortunately. The breakfast was fine, though I was sad to see there were no plastic lids to take coffee to go.

No hot water in sink. No water at all in the bath/ shower. We arrived late at night and didn't realize until the morning. They would not answer the phone from the room. When i checked out, they offered to let us change rooms, but at this point, I was just ready to get back on the interstate.
Bonus: dirty duvet and spider in bathroom.
Honestly, if you need a place that let's you smoke in the room and a place to park your bucket truck, this is probably the place for you!

Very clean, convenient location & the friendliest staff I’ve dealt with in 6 months of travel. Being so cost effective was icing on the cake. Will definitely stay here should work take me to the Creedmoor area again.

Checked in at 4pm on 1/19 the attendant wasn't very friendly or receptive not much in way of customer service. After unpacking found the room had no hot water. Notified the attendant instead of looking for accommodations she gave me keys to check 3 additional rooms and they all had the same problem. The 4th room at the far end of property had operating hot water. I found this to be very unacceptable that I the customer had to do the leg work and find my own room I the customer had to find suitable accommodations. The attendant did contact a manager to inform of the issue of no hot water
Checked out on 1/21 asked attendant for compensation for my troubles she exhibit very little interest or knowledge of procedures. She called manager Solanki and the manager told her she would look into the matter tomorrow and contact me
Also was charged more than my original room. Quoted and paid $172.00 including taxes charged $222.00 Unacceptable
