I stayed here with my family 4 years ago and it was great, so this time I went back with a friend. We had a two-bedroom room, but the room smelled moldy and the sheets were damp, probably because it was the rainy season. Also, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and sometimes there was no hot water, so I had to wash my body with water. It seemed like the hot water was accumulating in the tank, so I wondered if the hot water would run out when the guests were using it. I wish they had done something about that when they checked in.

Apartment is big n money value there’s a good seafood restaurant n mini mart next door too travel can be easily done by grab car n is cheap even to Hoi an n back you can negotiate with driver for whole day n must are please with the arrangement instead of getting another grab they are willing to wait without extra charge n probably more economical n convenient

The location is unfortunate relative to the beach line. I traveled 3.5 km to a good, equipped beach. I went to breakfast every other day, since there is no usual food. The room is fully equipped, very good. I would not recommend the area of the hotel itself.
