I got a chance to look at different room types of this lodge thanks to my tour operator in Vietna who offered my a chance to do so. My choice was Orchid villa so i was very happy with the view and comfortable bed. The service is not really top end but fairly good.

Excellent 5 stars service award. 2nd times stay. The only sweet lady receptionist employee Was best in class in customer service. Giving her best advise and supporting me wholeheartedly when Vietnam airlines cancel my domestic flight back to Saigon. That truly stress me out. She volunteered to accompany me to VietnamAirlines branch office to resolve the issue and help calling the airlines support line multiple times. Furthermore she help to arrange my trip to last minute trip to visit Ninh Thuan to visit Vinh Hy Bay. A big respect and gratitude. I have given a small tip of 500,000 Dongs. Hope this small gesture of mine will help this amazing staff which working tirelessly 24/7.
