We had the most pleasant stay in this boutique hotel. The service was impeccable and the ambience and design of the hotel was truly best-in-class. The hotel staff are all very sincere and extremely hospitable, taking great pride in delivering the best experience they can to guests like us. From the moment we arrived at shuang lang old town, we were met with such hospitality from our hosts. They provide afternoon tea and a hearty breakfast in the morning, and we really enjoyed the in-room bath tub and daily fruit platter. We like that the design of the hotel gives guests an unobstructed view of the lake and at the same time, has incorporated and retained elements of the local architecture. The hotel is also eco-conscious while delivering top-class in room products and encouraging reuse, which we really appreciate. We want to give a special shoutout to our hosts 葛覃 and 张宇航 who really took care of us and ensured we had a pleasant stay. We cannot recommend this stay enough. It made for the most amazing memories for our honeymoon.

We had chosen this hotel for two nights with the first night in Anjoy 安汋. From the pick up experience till check in, I am very comfortable and satisfied with their hospitality. Our check in was being served with hot tea and snack of Dali which we did not get in from Anjoy even paying at a higher price there on our first night. We had tried their afternoon tea being served in the room. It was prepared with the love for the guest. I am impressed. Our overall experience during the two nights was very satisfying. We could sense that the whole team welcome the guest and hope they can have an enjoyable stay in their hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and adding to it that the hotel is newly renovated in 2023.

The girls and the guys are very considerate and friendly. Very nice. Breakfast and afternoon tea are delivered to the room in a timely manner every day. Various requests are answered in a timely manner. Love it~~ When I was leaving, the guy got on the battery car and put the suitcase in front of him and set off. The second-floor balcony and the mirror in the room are especially suitable for taking pictures. Highly recommended (￣∇￣)

The location is right in Shuanglang Ancient Town, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The view of Erhai Lake outside the hotel lobby is really beautiful! The room is a very exquisite modern courtyard with French floor-to-ceiling glass windows. I love this style. The mini bar in the room has a rich selection of drinks, and the toiletries are also well prepared. The butler service is very considerate, and the pick-up, breakfast, afternoon tea, and night bed service are really 100 points. The service is full! I will come again next time!

At the same time, it has an exclusive sea view, facing the wide view of Cangshan Mountain, and the water of Erhai Lake gently caresses the shore. Unlike some high-priced hotels located in windy and high-wave waters, they are blown by the wind at night. The service of the hotel is even more worthy of praise. Before checking in, a WeChat group was established for guests to provide various check-in guidelines, which is very comprehensive. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and the service is very considerate, reflecting the service concept and sincerity of the entire hotel team. This is the best B&B I've stayed in during the National Day holiday, no doubt about it! Whether it's the service, environment, or living experience, it's all top-notch. Staying at Yunqi is the best choice for my visit to Shuanglang. The hotel lobby faces the beautiful Erhai Lake. The room decoration style is what I like. The most worthwhile thing is the service attitude of the store. Every clerk is super nice. There is a butler waiting to greet you as soon as you get off the car. Breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious~ Hahaha I am very happy. The guy in the store also sent two cocktails considerately. You don’t need to leave the store. The hotel can take big photos at will. You can enjoy your vacation in the hotel or in the room. The store also provides free travel photography and also sent skin care packages considerately. I liked the hotel at first sight. I went into the room and took a closer look. I found that the decoration style here is exactly the same as my own home. I like this modern style room very much. I asked my son to choose the room of this hotel. I asked him whether he wanted a courtyard room or a sea view room. He chose a sea view room, but this floor did not affect the view of the courtyard at all because the blinds on one side of the door were opened to see thick green plants. It felt more warm and suitable for family living in all aspects. There was a special butler pick-up service at the parking lot, followed by afternoon tea, welcome snacks and fruits. After the butler sent our luggage to the room, we lay in the hotel corridor to watch the sea, and quickly passed another afternoon... There was really no need to run outside...
