新裝修的希爾頓，酒店中規中矩，但是，正門前的三月街有人非常多的夜市，兩邊都是攤位路中間也有，****高德導航會默認走這條路，所以那天晚上我們發現拐進去之後發現進退不得，耽誤了很長時間，後面詢問前台這麼重要的事情為什麼不通知一下，前台回覆昨天訂房的客人都通知了，因為我們是今天定的房所以沒有通知，***，今天的客人不是人？！

酒店環境很好，房間裏很舒適，住在二樓最邊上一個房間，以為會很吵，關上門後竟然一點噪音都沒有（當天外面正好是三月街趕集，很吵的）。酒店裡的服務人員態度很熱情，無論是前台還是客房部的工作人員都是笑臉相迎，有求必應，這次入住很滿意。

The service staff has a good attitude. The guy at the front desk is enthusiastic to help with the luggage. The upper floors can see the Erhai Lake. The sanitary conditions are good. 希爾頓花園酒店從環境、設計等都無可挑剔，進門不用插門卡即來電，出門斷電;智能系統、智能馬桶等，洗浴龍頭等都很棒，唯一就是可能我們入住不是時候，因為2024年11月試營業，房間裝修對不敏感的人，氣味還是可以，但對於我過敏體質的，就感覺有點味，好在服務人員比較熱情，在我的要求下，放了台凈化器，只是凈化器聲音太響，有點影響睡眠，不過這個酒店真心還不錯
