The homestay is very ancient and charming. We were upgraded to Yiconghua for free. The front desk guy was very polite and enthusiastic. We arrived early, checked in early and had breakfast. The fried dough sticks and kittens were also very friendly. It was a satisfying stay.

As a guest, the best stay experience is to stay until you don't want to leave! ! We planned to experience more hotels with different scenery in Dali for a week, but this hotel was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. First of all, from the check-in point of view, before we arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper helped us arrange the reception and check-in. A set of procedures is very comfortable and there is no trouble! Then during the stay, the housekeeper sister and brother were super enthusiastic and had a very good service attitude. Two things that had a deep impact, first, I remember that I asked the brother for directions at night, and the brother was working in front of the computer, but as soon as I raised my voice, the brother immediately stood up and took me to where I wanted to go very actively and enthusiastically. And when I asked the brother to come up to help me check the air conditioner, change the quilt, etc., he responded almost within two minutes, and also helped me take away the takeaway at the door. I didn't say anything. I really felt the professional service level of the hotel. The other one is the sister. I took a flight this morning, sat in the lobby very early, and bought breakfast. But the sister still made a bowl of noodles for me. This point may be small, but at that time I really felt the initiative of the hotel service. It feels like the staff inside treat you as a friend, not because of work. Speaking of facilities, we stayed in a suite on the first night, on the first floor of the courtyard. Every afternoon, we sat in the rocking chair at the door to play with fur and bask in the sun. It was very comfortable. The gardening in the hotel was very good, the flowers were beautiful, and they were well-organized and clean. There were also very smart devices in the room, Dyson hair dryers and smart toilets. It didn't say that some old-fashioned products were used in the name of ancient style. The decoration of the room was antique, and the layout of the courtyard was also antique. But the comfort was not reduced, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable and soft. Finally, what I missed was Xiao Youtiao, who was really a very kind and cute little cat! 🐈 In short, if I come to Dali again, I will choose this hotel again!

The breakfast was very rich, and there was a special car to pick us up when we left. When we left, they also helped with the luggage and gave us souvenirs.
