非常漂亮的海景民宿，民宿位於海東金梭島，海島少了很多商業氣息 ，安靜而充滿煙火氣，適合放空心靈，實現看海自由，滿足輕奢度假需求。
水榭海景民宿設計審美在線，房間設施品質到位，服務用心，管家提前一天聯繫，告知上島事項，開着小三輪來碼頭接，管家小哥，車技一流，在洱海邊崎嶇不平的小道上風馳電掣，給小島生活一個開篇樂趣😀
公區環境打造非常雅緻，無論是清晨落日，還是下午茶的閑暇時光，喜歡照相的都很出片。
不得不提民宿的兼職狗狗管家烏冬，靈性可愛的讓人非常治癒，它不全天駐店，偶爾露面，但它認得本店住客，心情好，為我們帶路做導遊，導遊費衹需兩根火腿腸😀特別搞笑的是，去美宜佳買火腿腸，店員會習以為常的笑着問，是給一衹小黑狗買的嗎，它經常帶客人來買火腿腸，笑翻，搞活小島經濟，和諧住客關係，也為自己掙了狗糧，為了不起的烏冬點贊！也希望再去金梭島，能再見烏冬，想念…

在金梭島上，需要乘坐海開渡一號上島。民宿有些老舊了，勝在一個在洱海邊上，臨水，對面是理想邦。如果要閑坐發呆，還是可以推薦島上的，但走走逛逛的話20分鐘就走完了。
退房不是很愉快，店家説早餐要八點開始，考慮了下時間於是提前一晚微信已經説好了要八點出發來不及不吃早餐了，因為航班是九點多的，結果第二天7點53發訊息沒回復，7點58打電話還在睡，急急忙忙起來用小三輪送去渡口，眼看着船開走了。店家説是要等15-20分鐘左右下一班，然後就自己走了……。先不説正常店家起碼是做到提前幾分鐘等客人出發的，更別説好點的店家還會早十幾分鍾幫準備一份早餐（不是我矯情，當天應該就我1户住客）。對服務是不太滿意的。
但島上的人還是純樸善良的多，比如大象燒烤很好吃，燒烤店員覺得自己送晚了主動解釋説抱歉；渡船管理者趙文問了我是不是很晚，船一到對岸馬上呼叫返回，告訴他們有人趕飛機。從島上出發到機場要預留50分鐘。
