Customer service all the way around was very very good everyone was very personable the hotel was clean and will set up for your needs only disappointment was that there was no food at night the last two nights which is tough when you want to just stay within the hotel

3 stars is a balanced choice.
Pros: the staff here deserve more than 5 stars as everyone from the front desk, to the bar manager, to the valet service were kind, welcoming, helpful, and wonderful. The area is decent and walkable. The lobby bar was beautiful and fun. The room was as expected/typical for Aloft properties and fine for 2 people for a few days.
Cons: Valet is expensive and your car will most likely be moved off site, which means someone else will be driving your car around the streets of Denver in a very busy area. There was a lot of dust on the tops of our bed lamps and we saw one roach.

Marcos, desk clerk, was awesome to work with. Very patient and helpful. Turned us on to some wonderful restaurants and sight seeing areas. Rooms were clean and enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
