J'aime bien l'hôtel si propre un bon ambiance avec tout le monde, les animateurs et les meilleurs on a passé un bon moment avec eux très chaleureux, le manger et très bon les serveurs et très gentils comme les gens qu'il prépare les repas, l'accueil aussi rien à dire, si je veux retourner à djerba je viens à vincci helios beach merci pour votre accueil 🥰💘🇹🇳🇲🇦🇳🇱

Accueil c est très moyen.tu dois te débrouille pour trouver ta chambre même en plein nuit avec un éclairage au minimum.... Les repas sont souvent froid,très peu varié , les portions très maîtrisés ,il faut payé pour avoir plus. Salle de sport payante ....

Reception molto scortese, pulizia che lascia a desiderare, buffet con poche cose e quasi tutte pessime. La cosa peggiore è la cucina e la scortesia degli addetti alla reception. L’unica cosa positiva é la spiaggia. Uno dei pochi posti dove mi sono trovata davvero male e dove non tornerò mai più !

Excellent Hôtel... Personnel AU TOP TOUS sans exception (réception, bars, femme de chambre, restaurant, commerces....) Mr KAES directeur très très à,l ecoute ... Et aux petits soins de ses clients ... Nous recommandons également le bar payant où l acceuil est vraiment chaleureux et le personne toujours aux petits soins des clients avec d excellents coktails ...

It was a lovely hotel though quite far from the airport. A real bonus were the taxis outside who used a meter & didn’t overcharge & were really nice. Friendly & hard working staff & very clean hotel. The entertainment team were lovely but it was off season, so understandably most things were closed. The fresh pancakes served in the afternoon were a definite hit too.

The Mini Club is a real gem - children spend their time in a creative way, under the watchful eye of famous animators. Programs are available, and the little ones can come back. The pools and infrastructure are modern, and the restaurants serve delicious meals that will satisfy everyone. The hotel is a great place for families looking for relaxation and attractions. I definitely recommend it to those who want to combine comfort with good fun for children.
