As a member of the Accor group, I was probably thinking that having booked an executive room through the app, it would be better than this. It sells itself as having an executive lounge but are directed to the sky bar where you are limited to two drinks and two snacks from a very poor choice. If this had been articulated at booking, I would have used my points at the Pullman! I've only given some stars as the lady trying to help is very pleasant and the room, with no offer of an upgrade is good. Having discussed it with the team, hoping for some information and resolution, I now understand that the executive rooms are on floor 5&6 and I'm on floor 1.
