1. Service: I feel that the service in a five-star hotel is still a bit rigid. For example, there is no free water downstairs (buy water downstairs for 50/bottle), and it needs to be delivered to the room for free... Late check-out can only be delayed until 1 o'clock. Drinks in the room are also charged (but the drinks are relatively basic, just Sprite, Coke and soda). The club on the 7th floor seems to be closed.
