服務沒見過這麼差的 從入住換房間等了一小時，左翼換到右翼沒有管家帶領 走廊又在施工 根本找不到過去的路，衹能又去前台，從而成功錯過海濱落日，酒店沒有任何解決方案；退房更是，按金要不是我給銀行打電話 ，一個多月都沒退給我，我整個行程的酒店都是當時或者第二天就退了，還跟我説是銀行的問題，那其他酒店怎麼都正常啊！ 城市税不打招呼就從按金里扣，每個酒店都會提前説明，直接扣也是醉了

基本房型嘛 …. 阿拉伯風… 都是歐美人居多 華人少.. 隨處都是帥哥美女.. 入住的時候一個孩子一天好像補了60 多迪拉姆.住進去前最好選你幾個孩子幾個大人 不然就當場要補錢… 不能延時退房… 12 點準時喊你退服… 如果你航班比較晚… 可以繼續玩.. 一樓有個休息室.. 還可以沖涼 毛巾也有..
託管服務很不錯 4 個卓美亞的一起用… 服務員都記住孩子們的名字 一天有三個時間段 不知道是不是去消毒 挺乾淨.. 裏面可以坐船去小集市裡逛逛 吃的也有 價格也高 .. 還有一個海邊的餐廳 很值得去 十大浪漫餐廳之一 看帆船酒店… 價格配得上帆船…
給的現金按金… 1000 迪拉姆 .. 退房的時候員工失誤退多了 提醒了服務員 .結果就是搞了好久才弄清要退我多少錢…早餐很一般… 不好吃……. 可能住太多天… 酒店阿拉伯味重 但是正統活動區域還是很棒的… 泳池邊有冰棒.水 .. 可以不用帶水去了.. 更衣室沒看見…..

Very good, top service. Among the 4 hotels in the castle, the palace feels the most like a vacation. It is intertwined with the villa area and is surrounded by rivers. You can take a boat for a walk. The swimming pool is also super large. There is a connecting road to walk to the market. It was very convenient to have a Chinese lady to help when checking in.
