Everything remains the same and I, a traveler, stay in the same place because it is clean, safe, convenient to travel and close to shopping areas. The hotel has everything, including washing machines, clothes drying racks, microwaves, kitchen equipment and irons.

the room was good and spacious enough, only the problem are the lights its quite dark and few kitchen utensils. but the service they are attentive to assist your needs.

Service and room quality is really good.

Suitable for overnight stay near the airport after getting off the plane very late, the sanitary conditions are average

The hotel room was okay, and the service from the Germans was also very good and very welcoming. Then the hotel also gave a few small candies, which is suitable for a person to stay on a business trip. Overall, it is highly recommended.

The weekend cleaning team are very good. I get my room done only once per week (to. save on laundry environmental impact, and because the day-to-day cleaning is not an issue) so the weekend clean is very important. The team of Binita and Vihanga are always polite, diligent, and enthusiastic to help in any way. The overall experience at Emirates Stars is great, but I wanted to write a special review for this team as they probably get very little direct recognition.

I have recently travelled to dubai and it's my first time here. Fell in love with this hotel service. It's a hassle free check in and reception staff are very professional. Got spacious room with a pool view and rooms are very clean. Special mention to the home keeping services-Zakin, Jay and Saben, they are polite and did fantastic job. Very good management and service. It's nearer to airport and have good modes of transport to tourist places. Giving a big thumbs up if you want to stay here.

· Very comfortable stay, excellent room size and Value for money..... - spacious and comfortable Rooms. Very clean. Good Wifi, and AC. - Perfect location, 10 mins from Airport , in walking distance to restaurants, breakfast cafes. Fresh juices, hair dressers, Bakery, pharmacy, Emergency hospital. Could not ask for a better location, most of the cafes and restaurants offer free delivery to your room - Very courteous and friendly staff as usual, a huge shout out to Adeel at night security, Rudy on Concierge desk, Muhammad Istiak and Noor at Reception. and finally not to forget the House keeping guys. Looking forward to our next visit.

Unfortunately, the bed linens are dirty and have stains on the duvet. The bed is generally good, but the cleanliness is not good. The attached picture expresses my dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, which made the stay unpopular. The part for the hookah is very good and the prices are good. The refrigerator door does not close well, and the safe does not open, and things are kept inside, and a maintenance worker must be To open it, the reception staff are friendly, especially the balcony worker in the morning. There are renovations at the entrance, which made the entrance to the hotel very bad. There are no good, very bad TV channels.

Almost empty kitchen, dirty bathroom, unprofessional staff, bad location, .... It will be my first & last stay in this hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL READ more reviews before you book to this hotel.

Very poor and unprofessional service from the front desk staff. They might help as a security, just to open the door to let people in and out. Other than that, they have no idea what it means to be at the front desk. While doing their own business, they forgot about the image of the hotel. This review even might be handled by them or automated reply might come. But guests, read more reviews before staying in this hotel. What a disappointment!

I’ve never been in this kind of hotel before. Staff trying to exploit us by denying everything they said and things on the hotel ad. They even told us when we were late for our flight that plates and glasses are missing from our rooms. They taught we pay just because we were late. When we went to those rooms with their staff, everything was there. They don’t even check. We missed our flight because of their unprofessional work and we paid extra money for our flight for next day and for hotel to spent. Do not use this hotel. They apologize at the end when you leave, like it’ll make a difference. Kitchen almost empty and bath had black line because it was dirty. I would’ve given a zero if possible.

Outstanding service by Front Office Muhammad Istiak and Waqas and bellman Joynal. Loved my one bedroom apartment. When i arrived, I was upgraded to a VIP suite and thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness, comfort, and amenities of the suite. Enjoyed the view from the balcony and spent every morning watching the planes take off in the distance. A full kitchen made preparing snacks,tea, and warming up leftovers such a delightful feature. I will definitely be back to the Emirates Stars Hotel and will bring friends :-) ✨️

We love the stay.. 1 night is not enough for me and my family. we will definitely come back here again.. It's. a must choice. parking is convenient. hotel location is nearby anything you need. Friendly staff.
