Good location where it is walkable to the waterfront area and the shopping area. Managed to get the room facing some view of the waterfront Great service and the breakfast was simple but nice.

The facilities and beddings are clean there. It looks to homie more than the photo show ! The views are so good when we having the breakfast !

Really nice rooms, super clean and perfect location. Had to wait an extra hour and a half before we could check in- didn’t give us a drink etc whilst we waited which wasn’t the best.

Hotel was ace, had a twin room which ended up having plenty if space and additionally an iron which made my friend happy. Would definitely return.

Good location

The location of the hotel is in the city center, very convenient, and the staff inside are also very friendly and the facilities are good. It was a good accommodation experience. However, if you have higher requirements for breakfast standards, it is not recommended, because the breakfast here is relatively simple and has a single variety.

The location of the hotel is great, however a few issues here. When we checked in the receptionist didn't seem to know anything about the Verdant Works (the famous jute story of Dundee) which was not a great start. In general they were not very knowledgeable about buses to sights either. The staff were very friendly though. The room looked fine. But on a closer look the bedside lamp on one side was missing and the other was hanging off with wires exposed. The shower tray filled with water to almost overflowing and the curtain came off the track when pulled shut. There was a button missing off the shower lever. The duvet was very thick and the room was fairly hot so we didn't get a very good sleep. The breakfast was ok and plentiful but not as good as the Holiday Express in Glasgow which was a very good hotel in all aspects. Would we return - no, despite the fact it is fairly cheap. Would try elsewhere next time visiting Dundee, which we will.
