Das Hotel liegt super zentral, 2 Parkhäuser in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Eine Dusche/Waschbecken im Zimmer sind nicht so toll, für eine Nacht war es ok. Direkt nebenan ist ein Club, Samstagnacht ist es entsprechend laut. Eine zweite Bettdecke wurde auf Wunsch direkt bereitgestellt. Das Personal ist mehrsprachig und freundlich. Bei. Frühstück hätte ich mir etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht, z.B. Mehrkornbrötchen, Naturjoghurt, Quark..

The service was tip top from the check-in till the end. The service of Lucas and Hedric was attentive, meticulous and very helpful to my needs. I was exhausted and jet lag due to the trade show business plus it was my first time staying in the city centre. So rhe clean room and warm sincere treatment from the staff brightened me up. I appreciate the lovely loft room view of the city and also the great roof top bar. Thank u.

The elevator to the guest rooms only stopped on odd-numbered floors, and since my room was on the 3rd floor, I had to carry my suitcase, which weighed over 20kg, up from the reception on the 2nd floor, which was quite a hassle. It was also disappointing that there was no refrigerator in the room.
