Clean , comfortable, good breakfast & close to all amenities .
Given room 126 think for light sleeper as the nearest room to the busy road , didn't bother us as we had enough drinks to sleep , great view of the race coarse on other side.
Parking was £10 on hotel site therefore easy to get in & out .

Hotel is located 2min walk from the main streets,, also on the edge of race course, parking additional £10/ night. Staff are attentive. Offered us an extra night stay an amazing price.
Breakfast was fresh self service, gain staff were great.
Clean room and comfortable bed too!

Holiday Inn never disappoints, the price is cheap, the room is clean, and the breakfast is delicious. It is quiet and comfortable near Chester Racecourse, and it is very convenient to the central city. I will choose it next time.

Very good location and just few minutes’ walk to town centre, clean and tidy hotel; but staff forgot to prepare the sofa bed before arrival; and had to asked again in late evening
