The hotel is in a great location, right next to Prince Street. The bus is convenient to go everywhere. There is Sainsbury's at the door, which is also convenient for shopping. Overall very good

The location was convenient for sightseeing in Edinburgh.
The bus to the airport stopped right in front of the hotel, which was helpful.

The room is old but clean. However, the elevator was being replaced so it was out of service. You have to go up the stairs from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor. Also, the WiFi in the room was out of service, so I asked the staff for help but they didn't fix it. I tried it in another place but the speed was very inconsistent and the video was choppy so it was unusable. Also, if you get a room on the road side, the noise from the trams etc. is very loud (almost no soundproofing) so you can't sleep at all.
