Good hotel, bad service for a price of one hundred anddollars more, no copy tea and hot water to make drinks, and maybe the last and final stay at this hotel, thank you

The first room I was assigned was deplorable. Went to desk and given new room. The next day, the plumbing was substandard, toilet not flushing properly. Went to front desk and given a plunger! Extended stay charged me upon arrival for the full amount of room, then placed responsibility of plumbing on me the customer. I will never book here again and will help my experience for others to know the bad experience I had.

I stayed at this location twice during my trip & had different experiences based on the person at the front desk. The hotel has a shuttle but it only runs certain hours; therefore, if your flight is late and the front desk doesn’t care, you are left stranded in finding a way to the hotel. The first person rounded up a shuttle for pick up, the second person said I just needed to find a way there (which was very expensive).
The breakfast was hot coffee and bags of tea & hot water, instant packs of oatmeal and grits (when not hoarded by other guests), individually packaged chocolate & plain muffins, and granola bars. It’s something, but definitely not my first choice.
This place is not the best nor the worst so if you want a definite shuttle, choose a closer location.
