The five-star price is 2,150 yuan per room for a weekend stay. I booked two rooms for this trip and enjoyed 3-star service. I checked in at around three o'clock on Saturday afternoon. There were not too many people. I couldn't find any waiters to unload my luggage. Bell boys and waiters did not exist here. 2. The buffet dinner was so crowded that it was like eating fast food. There was no place to wait and grab, and the food was just enough to fill your stomach. It was terrible at the food stall level. 3. The formaldehyde smell in the new hotel room is relatively strong, and the balcony glass has probably not been washed for a month. 4. In a hotel that costs more than 2,000 yuan per night, there is no bottle of drink in the refrigerator, and there is not even instant coffee in the room. It is too unacceptable. Are all the details of the service gone? In conclusion, those who have been deceived by a bunch of Internet celebrities really need to keep their eyes peeled. The only good thing is that there is a small playground and the shuttle bus is timely. For the same price of more than 2,000 per night, you can definitely go to Shenzhen MGM and Guangzhou Forest Sea, but the service is much worse. This hotel has no service, you have to rely on yourself, and you have to grab food!

I booked the slide room in Universe Exploration. The room is very clean and the facilities are very new. It can accommodate four adults and two children. The hotel also has welcome fruits, children's toothbrushes, slippers, etc., which are all complete and the children are very comfortable. I love it and have played on the slide many times! There is also an independent soaking pool on the balcony. The pool is not small. If you don't want to go to the hot spring outside, soaking in the room is completely enough. Of course, the hot spring environment outside is also very good and big enough, so there are not many people. Squirrel Hotel has a battery car to connect it, which is very convenient. I met Li Yan and manager Deng Lanying at the hot spring. They had a good attitude. They not only told us where there was fun, but also They gave us a lot of travel tips and the service was super good! This place definitely deserves a second visit!

I was born in 1983 and have stayed in five-star hotels for more than ten or twenty years. This is the first time I have encountered such a bad hotel. 1: Driving from Nanshan District, Shenzhen City to Qingyuan (five hours), the hotel doorman didn’t even help with luggage at 4pm! 2: In a hotel opening in 2024, the room hardware is so bad! 3: We stayed for 2 nights in total, and we were going to take a hot spring bath in the room on the second night. Suddenly, the indoor hot spring pool foamed at the mouth, which was outrageous 😰 (All are my true feelings, nothing false!!!)

When I first booked the hotel, the customer service said that they would prepare 3 bed bumpers for me and they were already registered. Then I took one less bed bumper with me and went to the hotel to register. They said it would be quick and asked the waiter to deliver it right away. But it was not there yet at 2 o'clock. After finishing the cleaning, we asked the cleaning lady to help us get the bed surround, but she didn't come back as soon as she left. We had to contact the manager to bring it over, but she said this was the only one. Service issues are constantly being addressed. Then the room was very dusty. You can see Figure 1 for yourself. I saw it when I was lying down at night. The hotel is okay for fun. There are not many so-called mobile games, so it is suitable for more water play. When I left today, I saw the cleaning lady who was cleaning the room next door just hanging up the bathrobe without taking it out for cleaning. First time going to this hotel, bad review!

I have stayed in many hotels that cost more than 1,000 a night, and this hotel is the least worth it I have ever stayed in. How to experience it yourself. The things to play are very fake and not worth a separate trip.

四房別墅入住，共6床，還可以免費加床， 體驗感不錯。前台欣宜和小英服務態度好。 附近蠻多農莊，不用擔心餐飲問題。 免費停車，無需於前台報上車牌， 就能在園區免費進入，非常方便。 整體環境很好，推薦！

我們預定的是2號樓的宇宙探索房 酒店挺新挺乾淨的，房間內的獨立泡池也很衛生，就是空調有點搞不懂…怎樣調也很悶很熱 奇幻樂園裡面設施也不會很舊，萌竉樂園動物不多，但小朋友餵的很開心，居然有卡皮巴拉❤️（我家小朋友分別是5歲和7歲） 最驚喜是那邊的花草樹木都很漂亮，拍了很多美美的照片 總體而言：好評！

我們住的松鼠酒店3天2夜，房間很不錯，樓上樓下都有床衛生乾淨、空氣清新且獨有獨立衛生間，管家惠清和丹丹服務態度好，細心了解需求、很貼心講解了遊玩攻略，在住期間還可以憑房卡無限次進出奇妙樂園和火山溫泉性價比高，在奇妙樂園中室內童趣館打谷場梁小姐細心講解教導小朋友煮蛋，值得推薦親去👍

入住松鼠三房別墅，體驗挺不錯，住了兩個晚上，去吃早餐和到園區都有接駁車接送，挺方便的，前台服務很周到，有什麼客服都及時安排，這個值得點贊，前台小英和小蝶很熱情，笑容滿分，下次再來體驗四房別墅哦。

一家四口第一次来松鼠酒店體驗，真的不错，到園區都有接駁車接送，退房了還能到園區遊玩，還有酒店前台的服務跟的跟周到，必须表揚小英，客服安排的非常及時，还有欣宜和莹莹笑容超甜，推薦推薦！

房間很大很舒服，而且二樓還有獨立衞生間，非常方便。自助早餐還行，品種不算很多，但也算豐富。 奇幻森林景區衞生很乾凈，機動遊戲幾個不算多，但還是可以接受，公園很適合拍照。 沒有進火山温泉，帶倆孩子白天玩遊戲都累了，在房間的私家池泡泡，晚上睡得很好！
