Lovely place we stayed in the Royal suite with lovely views and private unlimited access to the Hot spring. The staff were excellent and friendly, the breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. The reception staff helped us several times with recommending a restaurant having us dropped off and picked us up using their electric onsite bus. They also provided extra fresh fruit when we asked, which was lovely and sweet. I can't fault this hotel and the staff, I will definitely return in the future. Thanks.

Came here for a holiday with the kids and booked a villa, but it wasn't big enough, so we added an apartment. The hotel environment is excellent, and the cleanliness far exceeded our expectations – the entire place was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Our beautiful butler provided incredibly reliable service, coordinating details in advance and being available whenever we needed her during our stay. She was warm, meticulous, and patient, which added so much convenience to our trip. Everyone had a great time, and it's definitely worth coming back to!

I took my children to play with my friends during the Easter holiday. The housekeeper was polite and answered all questions very quickly. I will meet my friends again next time.

It was okay. Price was still cheap, even during the holiday. First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road. Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake. Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice. You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room. During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around. But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.

There is a private Northeastern restaurant next to the villa. It is very authentic and needs to be booked in advance. It is said that this is the cooking skill of a retired university teacher. Shopping and ordering meals are very convenient. There are hot and cold swimming pools in the villa, where the children have a lot of fun. The KTV sound effects are good, the mahjong machine is very smooth, and there is an arcade machine that makes the children have a lot of fun. There is also a slide on the second floor. The children strongly requested to stay for another night, but as the holiday was about to end, this request could not be met. The excellent butler delayed our check-out time. When I got home, I found that my child's braces were missing. I contacted the housekeeper in the middle of the night. The housekeeper promptly worked with the cleaning lady to look for it through the garbage and finally found it. I am very grateful. It’s not because it’s expensive, but it saves a lot of trouble at the moment. It's worth coming back to experience the stay in summer.

Service responds quickly. Beautiful environment! The swimming pool is big enough. The kids had a great time. The room was also very clean and comfortable, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. The better thing is that you and the room have a balcony. Lots of sunshine. Great place for vacation.

There are many rooms and I didn’t take any photos. It is estimated that 30 people can stay here. The courtyard is quite large and is suitable for birthday parties. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to nearby restaurants and hot springs. The sanitary conditions match the price. I brought my own disposable slippers. , bath towels, paper cups, and I didn’t cook. The villa has an open fire, an induction cooker, and a KTV and mahjong table in the living room.

It was just too cold the day we went there. We didn't go out much. You can make tea and chat everywhere in the hotel. Each room is very unique, and the public area is also antique. I will come again in the summer to try the rooftop swimming pool.
