Location was good, just 8 minutes walk to subway. The night scenery at the river side was so nice. Many good restaurants were nearby. Staff were polite and helpful. Yet, the room size was too small for us. It was suitable for budget travelers.

Staff is okay, not super friendly type. Relatively small hotel room even if I have chosen the biggest room already. Amenities need to be picked up at front desk.

The room is a bit small for 2 persons and the price is a bit high for this kind of size in Fukuoka such location

When checking in, I found the desk staff not afraid to explain the various check-in instructions to me in detail in English, which I found great. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Tenjin shopping district, and about 5-10 minutes to the nearest bus stop or subway station. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the breakfast dishes were the same for the three days I stayed.

The breakfast is very good. I love natto. Every employee in the restaurant and lobby is very polite and enthusiastic. Shadian is very convenient to walk to the subway station, and is also close to Tenjin and Parco department stores, as well as Nakasu Yatai. The triple room we were assigned was relatively crowded due to the large sofa bed taking up a lot of space, and it was difficult to put suitcases in it. The shower room, wash basin and toilet are all separate and easy to use. Toiletries and bathing supplies are provided in the lobby for self-service. The overall hotel is clean, comfortable and tidy, and a good experience.

I used it on a trip to Hakata. It was clean and I liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate.

Stayed for two nights. The location is ideal, close to Nakasu Kawabata Railway Station, and it only takes 15 to 20 minutes to go to Tenjin, which is convenient.
