The room is large enough to accommodate 4 people. The resort has a lot to offer, including skiing and hot springs, which can be reached by shuttle bus or within a few minutes' walk. Very convenient! There are various activities in the evening, which is great!

A trip that exceeded my expectations. I was traveling with my 2-year-old child and my aunt. The hotel upgraded us to a super suite for free. It has two rooms, two bathrooms, two large balconies, and a super large living room. We were lucky to see Tianchi Lake during this trip. It snowed heavily the day we left. We also got free skiing, a children's park, mountain cross-country hot springs, etc. It was really worth it! There was a bonfire party and iron flower making at night!

He is always online and can respond to and solve problems in a timely manner. The second is that there are quite a lot of activities throughout the hotel. There are two points of dissatisfaction. The first one is that I obviously booked a room in advance, but the four rooms I booked were not next to each other and were far apart. After arriving at the hotel, I was told that I couldn’t adjust or upgrade the room. But I immediately checked through Ctrip and found that there were clearly available rooms available for booking. Is it overbooked? The second is the hotel package I bought. There are actually two items that cannot be used. The park does not have them. So why are you selling them? Rooms vary greatly

The experience was great. The early bird ticket was a great bargain. If you have too much luggage, you can send it to the front desk in advance. It's very convenient. The room is also very large.
