The room is very clean, self-service check-in is very convenient, and Costa is next to the lobby. The only drawback is that the room is not very soundproof, but it is a few steps away from the North Terminal, which is very convenient. I will probably come here again if I take a morning or evening flight in the future.

Very convenient, two stops to London Bridge, half an hour. The hotel is across the road from the north exit of the airport, which is really convenient. Go to the elevator opposite the hotel in the south of the airport and you will see the airport link for free.

Excellent location but the room felt very damp. Also the staff were insistent on using the self-checkout even though they weren’t busy at reception. Not the kind of thing you want to be told after a long flight and arriving at midnight. For the price I paid I’d pay a little extra to get a room at a nicer hotel at Gatwick in future.
