Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. The housekeeping staff even found out that I drink coffee every day, so they put some extra coffee capsules in the bag so that I could drink it with peace of mind😀 Although the hotel's catering is not yet complete, the scenery is almost non-existent, and the young service staff's response is a bit ****y. But you can feel the attitude of the other party trying to provide good service. In addition, the old central location just across the road from Beiyuan Restaurant can definitely be a reason to stay here again next time.

Our order has 2 breakfast everyday but the hotel record only shows 1. We have to show the trip.com confirmation (luckily husband has printed it out, we can't find it again from the order) and they checked that their record is wrong. Billy at the reception doesn't smile and I think he should ask me to add 1 more breakfast (because there is discount to add in advance) but he didn't do so and make me spent half hour to prove I should have 2 breakfast in the next morning. The manager Yannes has apologized and let us have breakfast in the VIP lounge (also free for tea time and happy hour). The food is only average. The waitress asked me if the food okay, I said the bread of the egg benedict is too soft. Then she answered usually people dont' eat the bread. Do you think her answer is so strange? The hotel is grand, the garden and pond is beautiful, room is cozy but you can hear the noise in the next room. The cleaning lady has good smile and polite. Very close to the MTR station and the restaurant Dim Dou Duck.

Got an upgrade in parent/child room on 35th floor It looked fully renovated, fresh scent and carpet smell. My room was very big and clean and looked like I was the first one to use it. It had that fresh smell They could change the breakfast times to times and add more options for halal/muslims customers. Overall they have a lot of options in breakfast too Cleaning was spot on and location is very near to all restaurants and shops. Multiple Canton Fair shuttle a day to pick you up and drop you back to hotel Swimming and gym was also very nice I would use it again for sure but only if it’s 35th floor and above

When traveling to Guangzhou, I recommend staying in a B&B. Yuexiu Longtengli is a bustling metropolis. Line 1 is at the door, and buses connect to all directions. Adjacent to the specialty store, you can find all kinds of snacks. Guozi scallion pancakes, you have to wait in line. Being in a downtown area, there are also many attractions, such as a farmers' training center and the tombs of martyrs. Feifei's private apartment is exactly what I wanted. The old private building looks like a crouching tiger hidden in a forest. The decoration is tasteful and comparable to that of a big restaurant. The bay is not too big and the functions are all excellent. There are many famous brands of appliances, so you don’t have to worry about using them. The floor is clean, the walls are clean, and the white undershirt protects the bed. Pocket pot and stove, suitable for cooking simple meals. There is also a large terrace where you can enjoy tea with friends. This time I stayed in a B&B, which was as cozy as home. I feel emotional in my heart and leave my essay online. Excellent location. Do note that if booking Didi from airport, the hotel is called 美居, cost approx RMB50-60 including toll. Room has smart TV, good shower and aircon. Passenger lift is often spoilt or very slow. When we checked out today, all 4 passenger lifts were not working, everyone in the hotel had to use the one and only cargo lift and it was chaotic and stressful for those of us catching flights. We were on level 15 and had to plead passengers to squeeze and make room for our luggages in the cargo lift, one of us then walked down the stairs. Staff 米朵was most helpful with recommended dining locations.

The environment of the hotel is not very good. Not to mention the lobby is small and messy. There is also a musty smell. I like the projection room very much. The big bed is comfortable and the temperature in Guangzhou is suitable. I don't want to go anywhere when I get back to the hotel. The hotel's subway is very close to Tuanyi Square Station, so it's convenient to go anywhere. I was so tired that I took it to a restaurant at the subway entrance.
