The hotel lobby is situated on the 3rd floor of a building complex. It is clear that the hotel interior had been newly renovated. The room we booked was said to be 28m2 but felt smaller than that. The toilet show cubicle is poorly situated as half of the space is taken by an external riser, the interior space is less than 28m2 for sure. The open plan of the toilet is closed by sliding doors and the entry to the cubicle is almost impossible without opening the sliding doors. We had delivery of online purchases that did not reach our hands despite vendors confirming hotel receiving them. It was only after 3 days of checking with 3 different front desk staff that we got the missing packages. Best service award to Ms. Huang Jing. The others just provided lip service. That said, the plus points of the hotel : 1) Clean 2) Comfortable beds 3) Healthy breakfast spread of western and Chinese options.

There is a huge construction site during our stay in January 2024. It sounded close to the hotel or even in the same building but some floors higher so it is fairly noisy. Furthermore the hotel should crack down at people smoking at its premises especially since they are a non smoking hotel. The staff was very helpful when alerted them about this issue so that’s a plus however we only stayed one night.

Fantastic hotel that I stayed many times since 20 years ago during Canton Fair and other times for business. I booked 3 standard rooms for one night this time and checked in late in the evening. The reception was very professional and upgraded us all to 3 suites. We spent an unforgettable night.

Super clean. Got a welcome card and a box of tasty treats upon arrival. Located within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. I stayed here two nights for work . Would return with my family for pleasure since there seems a lot to explore. The bedding was nice quality though the mattress a bit too hard for my taste.

The hotel service was great, they didn't speak much English but did all they could to accommodate to us. The rooms are a little small but they are very comfortable, the only thing was the bathroom not working properly but the front desk manage that quickly. Would recommend!

This is a hotel full of human touch. The service staff are all locals in their 30s to 50s, who are very simple and kind. Red bean soup or white fungus soup will be delivered to the room every day, and the breakfast is particularly rich. The most important thing is to live here. It is quiet, hygienic, convenient, and the price is very favorable. The experience is great. Dongshan Hotel will be my first choice when visiting Guangzhou in the future. The front desk service is good, give Xiao Hu a thumbs up 👍 The room is nice, bright and comfortable, and the cleaning ladies are also very nice. The surrounding Dongshankou subway station is a trendy and lively area, and there is also the Xinhepu historical district, which is very quiet and very comfortable to walk around. The breakfast is more Chinese style, the dim sum variety is enough to fill you up, the replenishment is OK, and the taste is good. The bath water is big. The disadvantage is that the TV does not work and the network signal is not very good. Overall good value for money, satisfied!

Amazing find! Arrived after red eye flight and we are glad to have XIAO LIU who checked in for us. She's the one that created the best first impression for the hotel going extra mile for us! The location of the hotel is very good. The bus and subway are nearby. It is only a 5-minute walk away. It is convenient to go everywhere. The service from the waiter at the front desk was very good and I was very impressed. There was a complimentary tea upon check-in. The arranged room was a pleasant surprise. I liked it very much. The clean and sanitary facilities were very luxurious. The room facilities and equipment were all one-click smart, and you could also use your mobile phone to project the screen. I also delayed check-out the next day. It happened to be Goddess' Day, and the hotel also gave me flowers as a gift. I absolutely loved it. I will definitely choose Triumph Dragon Hotel again next time!

Location is good. Poor signage so it’s hard to find. Hotel is ran down which is understandable being the prolong shut down. But the hygiene needs improvement as soon as possible regardless. There is roach and bed bugs in my room. Don’t know about the others. Breakfast is fine. View is nice. Room is spacious enough. Just need to invest some maintenance.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the price-performance ratio is very good during the Spring Festival. Breakfast is relatively simple. The location is good, very close to Exit B of Huanghuagang Station of Metro Line 6, and very close to Zhujiang New Town, Beijing Road, and Shamian. It’s very convenient to live here! Generally speaking, the transportation is convenient and cost-effective. It is worth recommending!

很乾凈！！！比我想象中的好！因為看圖片就以為是很老很舊的房間，酒店雖然開了很久，但是房間有翻修過，很新！重點是免費停車，廣州太難停車了，停車費又貴，真的真的性價比很高！
