The food is great Hospitality is top notch The rooms are cosy and comfy. The staff is very sweet and generous. There is also a play area , where you can play indoor games. The view from my room was beautiful. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come again.

Visited the Heevan Retreat Gulmarg in mid-December, and the hotel was beautifully blanketed in snow—it was truly a magical sight! The snowy landscape added a serene and fulfilling charm to the stay. The room size was decent and offered a lovely view of the surroundings. However, being a wooden structure, there were occasional creaking sounds from the neighbouring doors. The food was satisfactory, though there’s room for improvement. They have an activity room with pool and carroms. Overall, the snow-covered setting and the cozy warm ambiance made it a memorable experience!

nightmare
we had a terrible stay, once we checked in we were allotted a basic room with no window or balcony, we had booked a room with mountain view. it was a very very basic room, the bathroom was flooded we noted it to manager the manager promised to switch our room next day as he said they were booked for that day. we had done the reservations 6 months prior though where allotted a shady room on time of arrival.

Small Rooms but excellent property
The rooms are too small for even a couple & a child but otherwise, spotlessly clean. Overall hospitality needs an uplift as I found the staff a little 'crude'. The warmth that we are used to in the Indian hospitality industry was nowhere to be seen but functional for sure.

Today our 25th marriage anniversary and dinner organised by Heaven retreat very nice experience for yummy food , giving me surprise decorative room,cake cutting celebration wonderful and sevice given by jahangir are excellent👌👌👏👏👏

Shabir khan , Mohd Irfan khan are best in their work. they are very patient in their work . All team are best. Good in progresss. All food is best. Staff is suggesting usss want best food is eat in kashmeer tooo and they are friendly in nature. Kiddos to the teamm workingg here.
