Hotels Near Hainan Shizhi Pavilion in Haikou

I am very satisfied with the service, especially the front desk. I needed a late check-out due to personal reasons, and the front desk specially granted a late check-out for this purpose. The location of the hotel is very good, and there are many choices of restaurants nearby. Most attractions are within 20 yuan by taxi from the hotel, and the breakfast is also quite good. Robot service is also one of the features.

The room is very large and clean, the front desk is more welcoming, the floor is cleaned in a timely manner, the room is cleaned in a timely manner, the overall decoration of the room is also very new, and the soundproofing environment is also very good.

Very satisfied with the stay, the room facilities are complete, the bed is clean and comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, the front desk service attitude is very enthusiastic, and there is brown sugar ginger water in the lobby

The hotel was good for it’s location, cleanliness and service. Easy to book and stay, but hard to communicate because of no english. Room was wide, which is suitable for families to stay.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights, I was very satisfied with the hotel service. On the second night, I was lazy to go out and dine on the fourth floor of the hotel. I ordered braised pork feet, beautiful duck jaw and hollow cabbage separately. The braised pork paws were small, and a lot of dried bamboo shoots were filled. As a result, three pieces of meatless bones were put under the dried bamboo shoots. The dishes were propped up and the waiter showed them to the chef. The reply was actually ”this is our case”. There was no apology! Are you Sun Erniang opening a black shop? !

We sadly got stuck in Haikou in the time when Hainan was plaqued by a Covid outbreak and there was no way to leave the Island. Luckily we picked this Hotel to wait it out, and we stayed here in total 12 nights of which we spend basically the whole time inside our room. The whole hotel has a nice Flair, everything is green and fitting the theme of forest. The room was quite comfy and welcoming, all amenities were there and working. The only downside was that the WiFi was pretty slow (therefore only 4points), so we basically needed to use our mobile internet the whole time. As this was a special situation we had a lot of interaction with the Hotel staff which, even that they didn't speak any English, always was extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to support us. They washed our clothes for free and there was delicious free coffee and fresh fruit provided which gave us an extra welcoming feeling! Due to our situation I can't really rate the location as we were not allowed to explore the surroundings, but all the positive experiences mentioned definitely put this place up there as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. If I'd ever return to Haikou I'd definitely go back to this Hotel.

2nd time staying here Near to haikou dong high speed rail Counter service is good. Helpful over the booking of transport. Not all apps back home is applicable here. The room is spacious and clean. In evening, a warm receiving welcome message tag with a handmade towel. Very much appreciated after a tired day. Breakfast is average (limited depends on demand) Cinema is located just next to hotel. Mini bar too. Many shops to room around. Near to MEI LAN airport. 20mins

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

The price/performance ratio is high. I feel very good about it. It is very clean and hygienic inside. The air conditioner is very cool. The water temperature in the bathroom is also very good. Takeaways can be delivered to the door of the room. The owner of the hotel was also very nice and spoke very well. He knew that I was staying for exams and gave me a very good room. It was not noisy at all and was very quiet. It was very comfortable to sleep in. Recommended to stay😊

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.
