Let me start with the good things. The service at this hotel is very good. The front desk is very friendly and really helpful. However, the facilities are too old, the hair dryer is too noisy, there are dust in many places in the room, the quilt is not long enough for me to put my feet outside all night, the sheets feel itchy when I sleep on them because they are not washed clean, and there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I didn't sleep all night.

I was very grateful for the early check-in, but the bespectacled woman sitting at the front desk was very rude. The stairs to the bunk bed were poorly made and quite dangerous.

The front desk staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and will try their best to help if needed, making you feel at home. The only complaint is the noise, because there are many residents coming in and out, and there are no taboos in the lobby and public areas, and the noise lasts until midnight. But this is a YHA and it is located in a convenient transportation area, so it is inevitable. Really agreed "You can't have your cake and eat it too."
