I went to Canada for a short visit to relatives and stayed in this hotel several times. It is next to City Hall in downtown Hamilton. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants downstairs. It is not far from Go Center, so it is very convenient for eating and traveling. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is also OK. You can overlook Lake Ontario through the window of the room. During the stay, I went to Niagara for a day and checked out. I forgot to take a newly bought facial cleanser. When I came back to check in on the third day, I explained the situation to the front desk and asked if they could help find it. The staff was a young Indian-looking woman 😅 glanced at me coldly, perfunctorily said a few words, and then never said anything else. Well, when you go out, just ask for safety and don't care. The overall feeling of this hotel is not bad, suitable for short-term stay.

Hygiene: clean and tidy
Facilities: all are quite comfortable
Environment: located in the city center, transportation is very convenient, and the airport bus is very close, 30 meters away.
I stayed for four days. There is a large supermarket downstairs. There are a wide variety of products opened by Chinese. I can eat fresh fruits and Chinese food every day. I will stay here next time👌

This hotel was perfect for me.
They allowed me to check in late. Kevin who greeted me at reception was a delight and made me feel very welcome.
I only stayed one night (actually less than 12 hours due to my check in time) but the room was brilliant. The bed was so so comfy and the bathroom was huge. I really liked the shower had a sliding door meaning you could get in without getting soaked as the water warmed up.
It was also a great location for onward public transport to Toronto.

An old hotel with considerate service. Parking in the basement can last until the evening of the next day. It is quite convenient to park here if you want to go shopping nearby (but who would go shopping in Hamilton? Hahahaha).
The room facilities are quite satisfactory. Although it has a certain sense of age, it feels very clean.
It is an hour drive from the Great Falls.
