A bit of the distance to walk to xi hu but bus stop is just right infront of the hotel. Room is clean and nice. Toilet a bit small though. And hotel reception is very nice gave us a free upgrade

An upsetting experience. Owner said the room I booked was spoiled due to pipe leakage. He offered free upgrade to a bigger but more expensive room. I thought it was in the same homestay. Turn out that I was referred to another homestay,still on the same street though I do not like the room, the room was a bit run down and the soundproofing was bad. I could hear door banging and stomping on stairs in the middle of the night. I felt tricked and misled but I do bear some responsibilities because I didn't double confirm and ask for exact room photos before hand, the new address was only sent few hours before my flight which was too late for free cancellation. Can't comment on the room because I didn't stay there but location wise it is pretty good. Please be cautious if you were offered rearrangement.

We waited for you until 2 a.m. that day, but you didn't come to check in. We changed someone to wait for you in the morning, but you didn't come. Because I was afraid that you didn't have a phone, I didn't dare to rest and waited for you. I couldn't contact you the next day. We kept the room for you but you didn't come to check in! We don't know which hotel you went to check in. I don't know if you rated the wrong hotel or what happened. You didn't come to check in at our hotel in the end, and we couldn't contact you! So when we saw this comment, we were all confused! I don't know where you checked in! But I hope to have a chance to come to our house to experience it! This foreign friend, I promise you that you will live very comfortably and comfortably!

This is have beautiful view and near Xihu, Hangzhou zoo ~ Service is good, friendly. I will come back again. You can come and see the tea village, have so many activities in there. May be stay on 2-3 days because the city is so large
