Service: The hotel service is considerate and responsive. The hotel has its own fleet of vehicles, with free pick-up and drop-off within 2-3 kilometers of the hotel. Prices are also reasonable for places beyond the range. I purchased a chartered car service and visited several well-known attractions in Hangzhou. I would like to thank Master Mu from the team for taking care of and explaining the whole process, and introducing the best places to visit and take pictures in various places. I would also like to thank Master Jia and Master He for their recommendations on the delicious and fun things to do in the pedestrian street. I enjoyed the meal. Authentic and affordable Hangzhou cuisine. Environment: The hotel is in a quiet corner next to the lively Liulang Singying, adjacent to the West Lake, with exclusive lake views, and Leifeng Pagoda is in front of you. Inside the hotel is the Imperial Garden of the Song Dynasty. History is around you and it is so beautiful. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good and very clean. Facilities: The facilities are complete and considerate, the hotel supplies are of good quality, and the bedding is very comfortable.

Very good hotel, it's the 3rd time and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and got upgraded. The suite room is clean and has a comfortable bathtub. The bed is big with different pillows to choose from. The breakfast has western and chinese food with a good selection. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

The resort is beyond expectation. It’s located right next to the famous West Lake with its own stunning garden. We found out from the tour (4pm daily - highly recommended) that the smooth and sophisticated Long Jing green tea in our room is grown right at the backyard of the hotel, making the legit “West Lake” Long Jing tea - #1 top 10 Chinese teas. staffs are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the classic Chinese style. Everything in resort, from each drawer in the room to each flower in the garden, is extremely well thought-out. No wonder it is chosen to be the official resort to host guests (Barack Obama, Lee Hsien Loong, etc.) for G20 and Asian Games. We’ll certainly come back!

Excellent location - next to west lake and close to everything (good restaurant grandmom’s house is next door also local convenient store ) The decorations are rich with expensive materials. The breakfast is incredible. The hotel also provide free west lake yacth tour . Highly recommended

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

Though the entrance was a bit difficult to find, it's a really small but neat hotel, located across from West Lake. My room was small, but very comfortable, and had all the basic amenities and even some special added features like an automatic toilet and a very BIG tv. There was even a patio attached to the room. The hotel also smelled EXTREMELY good and the staff were very helpful and polite. The food selection was purely Chinese style and didn't have many choices. It would be better to find a restaurant to have a better breakfast.

Excellent location, 3 min walk to Hefang Street. Barely any facilities though. Rooms were clean enough, but there is lingering smoke smell from the exhaust fans in the toilet. Shower was good. Annoying thing was that every time you walk into the room and insert your keycard, the TV switches on and plays really loud music which we had to turn off every time. Great check in and check out times though :) Not many places to get on a Didi / taxi, since there isn't a driveway, so you need to be fast when ordering a taxi.

The layout of the house is very warm, the landlord is very good, always reply in seconds! The location of the room is particularly good. On the first day, I rode to the West Lake Qianwangxuan Pier in 8 minutes and took a boat to visit the West Lake. The next day, walk 10 meters downstairs to the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street. You can go directly to Hefang Street. There are a lot of delicious food here. In the morning, Xinfeng snacks and Xiaolongbao are eaten. Then walk along this street for more than 20 minutes to Chenghuang Pavilion, overlooking the entire West Lake, and there are not many people! After returning, I continued to eat crab yellow noodles and Jiujiali Dongpo meat. The taste was very good, no thunder, delicious and not expensive.

Quiet environment. Out is prosperous, in is quiet. Nearby is the Drum Tower and the Royal Street of the Southern Song Dynasty. The rooms are clean and elegantly decorated, which I like very much. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the induction toilet is very good. Of course there are also bad feelings. After checking in, we took a trolley with us. The room is on the second floor without a lift. The waiter who took us to our room showed no sign of helping us with our luggage. This may be because most homestays lack due service awareness. In addition, the breakfast provided by the cafe downstairs is a bit too simple. The coffee doesn't seem to be as authentic as the legend, and the waiter's attitude is rather blunt and doesn't show the kindness it deserves! All in all, one experience is enough

I checked in during the rice special forces tour on the weekend ~ The location is very good, the house seems to be a historically protected building, and I stayed in an inner room on the first floor, which was very quiet. Although I knew that this Wushanju was not the other Wushanju, I still came. After all, I had been thinking about it for many years... Well, there is a Hanfu and tea ceremony experience in the lobby.
