The location is a bit far from the train station, about 1 kilometer away. There are only three stops by bus, and it's a bit far to walk.
There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the fourth floor, which is actually the fifth floor. It's very hard, and there's no one to help.

Friendly staff, my room on the 3rd floor was small, clean and completely sufficient. There is no breakfast and no elevator.

Es war schmutzig, im Fensterrahmen war der Schmutz seit Monaten nicht geputz worden. Der TV ging nicht, weil die Fernbedienung, das Batteriefach total mit alten Batterien belegt war.war.war.Imgebung sehr

Gemischte Gefühle...
Da auf der Anzeige vermerkt ist, dass es Parkplätze auf dem Gelände gibt sind wir mit dem Auto angereist. Jedoch trifft das absolut nicht zu. Man muss 300m in das nächste Parkhaus und dort kosten die Parkgebühren auch nicht 15€ pro Tag sondern 18€.
Nach dem Check-In wollten wir in unser Zimmer, wobei wir dann erstmal von einem anderen Gast überrascht wurden, der dort noch im Bett lag. Ich weiß nicht wem es unangenehmer war ihm oder uns.. Auf jeden Fall hat man uns den Schlüssel eines vergebenen Zimmers gegeben. Als wir das angemerkt haben, haben wir dann ein neues Zimmer bekommen mit der Aussage "komisch, der Gast hätte schon ausgecheckt sein sollen".
Morgens wurden wir dann vom housekeeping geweckt, obwohl wir nur für eine Nacht dort waren (Merke Check out war für 11 Uhr angegeben und housekeeping kam schon um 9 Uhr).
Auch spannend war, dass die Rezeption erst ab 12 Uhr besetzt ist man aber ja schon um 11 raus soll. Uns wurde weder gesagt wo wir den Schlüssel hinterlassen sollen, noch gab es einen Einwurfkasten. Telefonisch konnte auch niemand erreicht werden ...
Immerhin war es sauber und die Lage zentral.

El sistema de check in es un rollo y no ayudan demasiado. Además, no me quisieron dar factura, me dijeron que enviase un mail para pedirla. Al preguntar a qué mail, me dijeron que lo mirase en la web.
Colchón blando y no en muy buen estado (muy "lumpy). Las sábanas bajeras no llevaban goma y se salían, con lo cual acababas durmiendo sobre un colchón nada agradable.
No hay aire acondicionado y hacia muchísimo calor. Si abrías las ventanas, era MUY ruidoso y entraban mosquitos.
El baño y la mini-cocina, estaban bien y te dejan unas cápsulas de café, que es de agradecer.
No hay amenities pero si gel de ducha.
