CAMELLIA RESIDENCE HANOI

I am obsessed with this hotel I love love love it. I'm a hotel snob. So trust I check everything . I only stayed two nights and already had another place pre booked and I regret not staying at the Camilla hotel for my whole four nights. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or a pool. But it is absolutely amazing. Recently I've been so fed up of paying for basic, plain , colourless and lifeless rooms . But this room has character in every inch of it ! The room had so much natural light. Everything there had so much detail. Even every door handle and door nob had detail. The bathroom was beautiful and even had a bamboo styled tap . I know these things seem weird to mention but I usually stay at high end hotels like the Ritz. I over pay for .. maybe the service ? But I wanted to try something new and I'm so glad I did. I over look at rooms especially for their hygiene and The room was spotless everywhere ! And I really check deeply. The bath was large and relaxing. The living room has cute plants and nice pottery to eat from. There was even a hidden washer and dryer . A large wardrobe in the bedroom . A desk area. So many convient things which were also beautifully designed into the room . The room also smelt lovely No fake air freshener smell . The service staff didn't speak English but it wasn't an issue they were extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating, they also replied very fast through email. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to be the same. Maybe it's a little far from the city center ? But look on the map where you want to book. Everything was an easy 20 minute walk . I wish I could live in this hotel room I loved it so much.

Location is excellent. Sits on a quaint and charming street with plenty of restaurants and services nearby. The room looks like on website except it's older. For the money, I recommend

Very beautiful hotel! Clean and cozy. Nice host and the bed is really comfy. Location near the center of old city, easy to go everywhere. Will come back next time:)

Good location with lots of good restaurants and cafe around. Spacious(45M)room with microwave, stove, cooking utensils, rice cooker, full-size fridge, drinking water dispenser, washing+drying machine. I consider price extremely reasonable with all above provided. Surely I've made a good choice highly recommended.
