I asked ChatGPT to find me a new hotel in Hanoi and they recommended this hotel. It seemed more compact than it looked in the pictures, but there were no problems. The clientele was nice and the lack of noisy guests made for a comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the flowers were a nice touch. There are plenty of stores around, so you will never have a problem with shopping or eating. The breakfast is worth mentioning. The menu was extensive, the vegetables were fresh, and all the food was very tasty. This was the most wonderful breakfast I had on this trip to Vietnam and I missed it when I stayed at other hotels. Also, the refrigerator in the room was made by a Japanese manufacturer and it cooled very well. This is very important in Vietnam. The air conditioner was a new Daikin commercial product and was very comfortable. The only problem is that it is located halfway between two intersections and you can always hear horns. If you don't like the sound of horns, you can choose a room on the opposite side of the street without a window. On this trip, there was a trouble that dinner was not included at the hotel, although it was included in the plan on Trip.com, but we did not mind too much. I would stay there again when I visit Hanoi. And Anyway, I miss that breakfast!
