Amazing big room with a huge rooftop balcony that overlooks the street. Mr. Vindri was so helpful throughout our trip. The location was great. close to many michellin guide eareries. Walking distance to everywhere in old quarter.

They greeted me immediately after I arrived, and when they realized I was Japanese, they explained the hotel to me in detail using a translator. When I asked them about recommended pho or spa, they showed me on Google Maps and took me to the nearby places!
Also, my check-out time was 6:00am due to my next flight, but they arranged a shuttle and gave me a light lunch box (bananas and bread) for breakfast, which was very kind of them.
Hats off to their polite service until the very end...
The hotel room was clean and had plenty of power outlets, so I recommend this hotel when traveling to Vietnam!
I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

If I could give more stars to the service and most of all to the staff I would! Sebastian was so helpful, so kind and full of good recommendations: restaurants, food to order, shops, cruises, massages… name it and he has an address, and a good one! He’s so caring, and genuinely wants you to have the best experience ever. Which I had thanks to him. Also, Carol and all the staff at the reception were adorable.
The breakfast was very good, but not a lot of options for the sweet tooth. Personally I don’t mind since I prefer savory breakfast.
The location is also very convenient.
