The location is very near for van drop off from ban gioc waterfall. That is the reason I book there. Surprising is a very good hotel near lake for a good walk at night and morning. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable bed

Great value for money. Costs a little more than cheap hotels in Hanoi, but that is worth it. We just wanted a clean stay and this hotel definitely met our needs. Also, it was great that we had a more western shower that was surrounded with glass. Would recommend.

The room was OK, everything you need. More of a business hotel. When the air conditioning didn't work, they helped immediately. The staff were very friendly. The gym wasn't usable because the equipment was broken, you couldn't train and the room wasn't nice either. You could wash yourself and it was free.
