The location is very near for van drop off from ban gioc waterfall. That is the reason I book there. Surprising is a very good hotel near lake for a good walk at night and morning. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable bed

The best hotel in HN

A bit expensive for the size of the room but alright.

Great value for money. Costs a little more than cheap hotels in Hanoi, but that is worth it. We just wanted a clean stay and this hotel definitely met our needs. Also, it was great that we had a more western shower that was surrounded with glass. Would recommend.

Hotel location: Convenient transportation in Hanoi, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken when I checked in that day. Look at the pictures for bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Disposable slippers are provided. Hotel decoration: Look at the pictures for yourself. Toilet: It is separated into dry and wet areas. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself, it is quite good. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and quite nice during my stay. The pictures of the hotel are consistent with the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.

The view from the rooftop breakfast area is very good. There are many schools nearby, and the transportation is convenient.

Very clean! The air conditioner is cool enough, and the clothes I washed that day were dried overnight! great!

Very bad experience. The room is super small and the hot water supply is insufficient

There was someone at the front desk who could speak Japanese, which was very reassuring. The room was clean and I was surprised that the toilet had a washlet. I didn't know how to drain the water from the sink, so she came to my room and taught me, which was very helpful. I was pushing the stopper, but the problem was in the way I pushed it. When I took a shower, the toilet and sink were both in the same room, so it was very difficult to get the floor wet. I stayed for 2 nights, but because I had to leave at 6am both days, I was not able to eat breakfast at the hotel. Instead, they provided water, fruit (2 mandarin oranges), bread, and yogurt for the first day, and water, banana, cupcakes, and yogurt for the second day, which made me very happy.

Stayed many times and very satisfied! The breakfast is good. The restaurant is on the top floor. You can see the panoramic view of Hanoi. Most of them are Japanese and Korean. It is clean and tidy. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel and a large shopping mall in 5 minutes' walk!

Although the room is small, it is fully equipped and clean. Good value for money👍🏻
