Great! Superb value for money, can’t believe the great quality for the price we paid. Got a free upgrade too and the staff were also very friendly!

Very friendly receptionists despite the fact that they don't use English, but it's not sth constraints them from being helpful. I booked for two nights through Trip but extend the stay to 5 nights. Place, location and especially the window view very valuable for money spent. Down the street there is a bakery shop open 24 hours, some small businesses around making the street active. Nice experience and I highly recommend more to come.

It's quite tiring every time I book a hotel room here on trip. When I get there, the receptionist can't check in. Because they can't find the order. Or they jump to another app. Of course, the customer doesn't know, they only know they booked on trip, the order has been confirmed, the invoice has been issued... but every time they check in, the receptionist says there's no such order. It's tiring enough for the customer to stand for a long time and travel. Even if they can't check, they ask the customer to cancel the order and book again :)))

The staff don't speak English, but you can communicate with Google Translate, so it's not a problem. Breakfast has 12 options, including pho. It's not a buffet. The room was clean, the bed and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff did a perfect job. The location is far from the downtown area, but there is a Grab taxi so it's not a problem.

The hotel charges exorbitant fees. The room I booked has a window and is 26 square meters. The Vietnamese at the bar asked me to pay an extra 100,000 Vietnamese dong per day, saying it was a room upgrade. However, the room I booked was the same as the one I booked. The service attitude was very poor. They said they would give me a reply, but they still didn't reply until we checked out. I am very angry about the attitude of these Vietnamese people and hope the platform will deal with it severely. Thank you.

This hotel looks clean. The price is cheap. The rooms are also clean. However, there are a lot of ants. And I was going to stay at this hotel for 2 days, so I clearly told the staff at the counter that I would stay for 1 more day. However, this hotel contracted the bedroom I stayed in with someone else. It was so absurd. The carrier, snacks, and cleansing gel I used were moved to the reception room on the first floor. I arrived at the hotel late at night and was tired, so I was really angry. This place also has a bad attitude towards welcoming guests. Online media really need to pay attention to the importance of service spirit as well as introduction.
