It's about a 40-minute drive from the airport (if there's no traffic jams). This time, I used KKday's shuttle service for both the outbound and return trips. It was a busy area near Hoan Kiem Lake, but the hotel was in a quiet area down an alley. I stayed in a Deluxe City View Room (double), but it was extremely small. The bed took up most of the space, and the gap between the closet and the bed was barely wide enough for a person to pass through, making it difficult to use. The sliding door was broken, and the safety box was unusable. It's quite tight for two people. However, the room was clean, the bed was fluffy and comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and temperature control, and the WIFI was fast and comfortable, so there was no problem if you were only using the hotel to sleep. The staff were all very kind, the breakfast menu was different every day and there was a wide variety, and considering the convenient location to go anywhere, I think it's a good value hotel, but there are many hotels in the same price range in the area, so it might not be a good choice.

The hotel is well located and has an abundance of coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was worried about being able to stay at the hotel since my iPhone was not working due to a problem with my eSim from the day before and I arrived late at the hotel, but I am glad I was able to stay there without any problems. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff are very friendly. Good location. There are some places that are not properly cleaned. Examples: cups, inside desks and closets, etc. Honestly, I think the price is expensive compared to the facilities. However, this is something that hotels in Hanoi have in common.
