The hotel is well located and has an abundance of coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was worried about being able to stay at the hotel since my iPhone was not working due to a problem with my eSim from the day before and I arrived late at the hotel, but I am glad I was able to stay there without any problems. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. ホテルは立地も良く、周囲にはコーヒーショップやレストランが豊富にあります。部屋には快適な滞在に必要なものはすべて揃っています。前日からeSimの不具合で私のiPhoneが使えず、ホテル到着が遅かったので泊まれるか心配でしたが、問題なく泊まれたので良かったです。スタッフのみなさんはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。

You pay for what you get. Not really our ideal hotel. Many ants in room , which you can find them on table and beds. Breakfast, ok. Staffs are very friendly and manage to get our room changed despite it is already very late.

Great experience and great service, the rooms was great, nice view and the staff was always ready to help us.

The location of hotel is very good and near Hoan Kiêm lake

The problem I have with this hotel is that the pictures are lies. The room we booked online showed pictures of big windows on the whole front wall with a relatively large balcony and 2 chairs to comfortably sit. Instead, we got a small window in the corner and a door that opens up to a “balcony” just large enough for one person to stand up on. Other than that, the ladies at the front desk were super lovely, helpful and professional. The location is great to stay in the Old Quarter. But again, this hotel needs to post accurate pictures of their rooms.

Hotel is easily accessible to all the major places in the old quarter of hanoi. Good service. Clean and hygiene rooms at affordable price. Staff were very helpful suggesting the places to have nice local food.

Great place , stuff is polite and helpful, the lady explained us how to get to all famous places in Hanoi . Location is perfect, street is so quiet and all restaurants and bars are close , my recommendation

Great place! Great hospitality and help from staff

It's about a 40-minute drive from the airport (if there's no traffic jams). This time, I used KKday's shuttle service for both the outbound and return trips. It was a busy area near Hoan Kiem Lake, but the hotel was in a quiet area down an alley. I stayed in a Deluxe City View Room (double), but it was extremely small. The bed took up most of the space, and the gap between the closet and the bed was barely wide enough for a person to pass through, making it difficult to use. The sliding door was broken, and the safety box was unusable. It's quite tight for two people. However, the room was clean, the bed was fluffy and comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and temperature control, and the WIFI was fast and comfortable, so there was no problem if you were only using the hotel to sleep. The staff were all very kind, the breakfast menu was different every day and there was a wide variety, and considering the convenient location to go anywhere, I think it's a good value hotel, but there are many hotels in the same price range in the area, so it might not be a good choice.

Even though the hotel price was really cheap, I think it was a waste. The refrigerator is broken and the room is too small. I don't think I will visit again next time.

The hotel staff were friendly and nice. I stayed in a room for 4 people and the bed was wide and soft so I slept well! I had breakfast in the morning, and it was a buffet style. It consisted of several foods, several breads, and several kinds of fruit. I think I had a good time wandering around as there were a lot of things to see and restaurants near the hotel. If you go to Hanoi, I recommend this hotel!

The service is very good and the location is OK. You can rent a motorcycle from the hotel, which is very convenient.
