Hotel location is great, rooms are spacious too. the staff are friendly and was wlecome by Zoey. she is so nice that to prepare bfast for us the next day as we had to check out at 545am to leave for our sapa trip.

Hotel is situated 2 walking streets away from the lake. Beds, Pillows are comfortable. Towels are clean. Hotel Room is decent. Rooms wall are thin. For the price including breakfast and near to the lake it’s well priced. Staff is very friendly and can converse very well.

My stay at Hanoi Emerald Waters was amazing!! The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good but the best part of our stay had to be the friendly staff! Zoey helped us out so much from beginning to end, and honestly I’ve never seen a hotel where they greet you so well and remember your name. The other services were also helpful, like the spa and the laundry service. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I come back to Hanoi!

Very good service by all the hotel staff! The connecting room was actually 2 separate rooms at the end of the hallway, with an extra door installed in the middle (can be locked from the inside). The rooms were clean and very spacious. Not sure if all rooms come with breakfast by default, but we were allowed to have the breakfast even though we didn't opt for it. Highly recommended!

Best service! Good location very close to city centre where all the tourist attractions are closeby.

Like the hotel very much, not a big hotel but I was very happy during my stay. About 40 minutes from Hanoi airport

Service stands out on all fronts — from the time we stepped into the hotel, checking in procedure, breakfast arrangement, check out and concierge — all are 5 stars. Although the hotel is not new, but  everything are very clean, and the mattresses and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. Both front desk staff Kim and Zoey are so sincere and friendly which made our stay a perfect one. Location is just perfect in the Old Quarters .

It was close to all the attractions. 35 mins from my the airport. Over all we had a great experience. Plus the breakfast was fun and filling

We were greeted with so much warmth and smiles from the staff at the hotel. The location is great and very accessible to the Old Quarter. Good spread of food items for breakfast, the pho was good and broth was delectable. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The toilets showed signs of ageing and toilet fittings could be better maintained.

This hotel is really in good location close to sleeper bus drop off 6 min walking only. The service also superb, Reach there very early in the morning, lucky still have 1 room left so we can do early check in and can take a sleep for few hour before our tour guide coming pick up us for nihn bihn tour.

The service was so good. Nice room and clean. 10-15 mins drive distance to the attraction.

We are 5 people. Took 2 Rooms. Rooms Are neat and clean. Very near more attraction places. Pleasant stay.

We chose the location because it was right beside our drop off location from sapa. It was a comfortable stay and the beds were nice and comfy. The room was clean

located near Hoan Kiem lake in the old quarter, the room is clean, nearby there are many restaurants to eat.
