Good price, good location.

The location of the hotel is slightly remote, the facilities are old, the electrical sockets are close to the ground and it is difficult to plug in, the walls are old, the bed makes noise when turned around, the sound insulation on the floors is not good, I hear footsteps upstairs every night, the most dissatisfied thing is the water heater. Electric heating has a small capacity and the water temperature drops quickly, and the power is still very small. It takes a long time to finish one wash and then the next. The most annoying thing is that there was a lady at the front desk who provided very poor service. She didn’t take the guests seriously at all. We ate an extra breakfast without checking! The worst value for money hotel I have ever encountered! The only thing worthy of praise is that the breakfast in the hotel is not bad and the environment on the 10th floor is also very good.

Everything is good except the location. It is relatively close to the Opera House, and Hoan Kiem is within walking distance if you like walking, but I recommend using Grab. There is almost no noise around, and there are not many massage shops nearby. There are some good restaurants. The room next door was quiet, so the noise wasn't particularly bothersome, but I don't think the soundproofing would be very good. To get to the restaurant on the 10th floor, you have to take the elevator to the 9th floor and then take the stairs one more floor. The buffet includes rice noodles, rice, several side dishes, bread, dessert, juice, yogurt, etc. The staff are all friendly and speak English. If you cannot speak both Vietnamese and English, you can use a translator. And since my flight was late at night on the day of my return, I left my luggage in the lobby while checking out and went back in the evening. Please note that you can store your luggage if necessary.

It's a little far from the Old Quarter and Hanoi Station, but if you put in the effort you can get there on foot. There will be no inconvenience if you use grab. Vincom Center is nearby where you can find out what's going on in the local shopping mall and get food and clothing. The reception staff were very kind and gave me recommendations on transportation to Halong Bay and directions to the airport for my return trip. I was satisfied with the deliciousness and variety of the breakfast buffet on the 10th floor, as well as the size of the room and bathtub. The building next door was under construction, so I hope it will be completed soon, but since I was out sightseeing in the afternoon, it didn't bother me too much. Thank you.

I was on a business trip for 4 days and needed a place near my company to stay at. I found this place. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and really made effort to make sure I was happy with my stay. I would personally like to thank Kien, Minh Thuc and especially Nhung for really making me feel like I was at home. Would highly recommend and stay there again!

Big room and spacious bathrooms. Great internet and kind staff. Especially Minh and Nhu were gracious at the front desk. Breakfast is great. The atmosphere is bright and clean. Though it says 3 stars, we would consider it might higher!!!!!

Friend staffs, great location and very clean room. Hotel location is next to many foods restaurants that represent hanoi. Minh is very helpful and supportive during my stay here. He goes out of his way to accommodate my request to change room with a window view.

A magnificent stay in this hotel which deserves to be known. the staff is incredibly kind. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, well soundproofed and with air conditioning. The area is perfect, without tourists and with a lot of street food. A huge thank you to Kien, Thuc & Thu :)))
