Fantastic modern funky hotel, well situated fir old quarter and station. Good size room with excellent shower room. Comfy bed and usual Western equipment . USB charging points, free toiletries. Social area was good sized near reception and offered a well stocked bar. Breakfast served there also and the option to use thier facilities to cook your own!.

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !

We had a pleasant stay overall but I don’t think we will be returning again for the following reasons: small room size (for the price point they charge), toilet flush had to be fixed, drainage in the shower didn’t work properly, quality of pillows were just average, the check-in experience was hectic like at the airport (people everywhere), the service at the swimming pool and Le club was rather slow and not inspiring. This property markets itself as one of the most historical hotels in Vietnam which is true but when it comes to hospitality I’m afraid there is still a lot of room for improvement.

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

5 STARS, highly recommended & will definitely return if in Hanoi! The entire hotel crew works around the clock, always greeting you with a warm smile & checking in if we need anything. We stayed for 3 nights! The room is spacious even for a twin room, the toliet, the bed, everything was great. The breakfast & cafe area is one of the best for a boutique hotel. Their menu is so extensive that i love everything especially their PHO & Bun Bo Nam No. Its SO GOOD, EVEN BETTER THAN THOSE RESTAURANTS/Street ones I am so thankful i chose Minerva Premium Hotel, thank you for gifting me such a great Hanoi Experience, keep up the excellent job! I was amazed at the hotel. The room was beautiful and large, has a minibar, a nice tv and breakfast was served. The breakfast consisted of a normal Vietnamese breakfast including eggs, some sweets and fruits as well as, café, juices and water the hotel was very clean and the bathroom well stocked. The front desk was extraordinary. Very helpful in helping me find places to change money, including drawing me a map. I checked in for an extra night unaware my friends out of town had rented me a private car to drive me 150 kilometers north of Hanoi. I checked out thinking I had lost the money for the extra night. To my surprise they refunded me 3/4 of the price. The are is full of shops and restaurants, also within walking distance to attractions. I want to thank the front desk for their help. I will stay there upon my return south.

Nice and new. Clean. Great service from reception and bell boys. Breakfast was good. Used the spa services and it was fine but the massueses were quite rude with their comments and said inappropriate things to my partner in front of me, quite unprofessional. It's their job to provide a service and nothing more. The wait staff in the restaurant serving breakfast were efficient but a little unprofessional as when it hit 10am (when breakfast stopped) they were celebrating amongst themselves. I can understand Vietnamese and perhaps they thought I couldn't understand. I found this to be quite unprofessional, maybe my expectation that they should do their job quietly and efficiently was too much. They also moved me to another table for their convenience as the table I chose to sit at would have been more work for them to clean. I asked why they moved me, when I came back from getting my food, and the reply was that they wanted me to enjoy the view out of the window. This was a blatant lie as my original seat had a better view and was already by the window, I could only conclude that me sitting at a four person table instead of a two person table was inconvenient for them, even though breakfast was about to end and that there was only a few people there finishing their breakfast. I also found that the cleaning staff were just chatting about their daily lives in the elevator in front of me and on corridors. Is it me or should the staff be quiet, intrusive and wait for no guests to be around to gossip and talk? Aside from these aspects of the staff, everything else was good, the food, friendliness, location and cleanliness was on point. Lastly, as the hotel is new, there's still some renovation work going on but it doesn't disturb you from a good night's sleep.

Ok this will be an odd review. We didn’t stay in this hotel, but walked into their lobby one night to ask if they could call us a good taxi to get out of the busy Old Quarter to get to our hotel. They were super accommodating, even offering us to sit and wait in their lobby, and then even walking us out to the taxi when it came. This type of service and helpfulness just doesn’t happen everywhere in the world. If I could rank a hotel in the old quarter on lobby customer service alone, I’d recommend this hotel, and if I ever need a hotel in the old quarter I’ll look to this hotel as a definite option in the future. On first impressions alone, extremely friendly, very memorable, thanks to the hotel front desk gentleman for the help.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre but taking grab can solve the problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us an early check-in as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Calling grab from the hotel was easy as many drivers dropped off customers at the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean, however the sound proof was not up to standard. We heard really loud noises from outside during midnight. The view was great with the lake.
