Grand Mansion 1903 Hotel 🏨 is still as good as ever. I stayed here with my children in 2019. The children liked it very much. Both the decoration and the service of the hotel are very good. When I came to Harbin again this year, I chose the Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel. When I checked in, a handsome guy with a very nice attitude saw me bringing an old man and two children with him, and he even offered to give us a breakfast. The feeling of staying here this time is still very good. The waiters will meet all our needs. If I have the opportunity to come to Harbin again in the future, I will still choose Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel.

Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

”百年钢琴”was very friendly and helpful to help us with the check in and luggage’s. We stayed here for two nights and love the breakfast here with more than 100 varieties “江景展厅” always make sure we have our hot desserts, fruits and coffee. We feel like home here. A wet and dry Laundry room is helpful when we travel, and distilled water is always available in gym, laundry room and hotel Room. Cute little robot is always doing Ultra violet light cleaning airborne virus, and nice live singing at the hotel lounge. This is definitely my choice of hotel that why we chose to come back again after we went to snow village for a two day one night trip

+ location was great, rooms were cleaned daily, facilities were nice and front desk staff was also nice. - a bit difficult to communicate if you are just visiting and don’t speak Chinese. One of the breakfast attendants was quite rude. I asked for water (in Chinese) and she wove her hand in my face, said “don’t have” and walked away. So I used the kettle of hot water to fill my bottle and the staff also seemed annoyed by that. Another time we asked if it was okay to get another coffee and she just wove her hand in our face. The other staff were good though.

We had a room for 3 persons and it was clean and big so we stayed comfortably for 4 nights. It has a washer in the toilet. The toilet is a bit small and get all wet when shower but we requested for a mop and mopped it after each shower, the floor was dry in minutes so no issue for us. Communication thru Wechat was fast and efficient. Everything we requested for was provided for almost within minutes. Location was good for us as it is near Line 2 metro which took us to the Ice Festival site, Sun Island and Zhongyang Walking Street and we strolled to Songhua River as well. It is just next to Sophia Church as you can see the picture taken from the window of my room. Not all rooms facing the church so if you want the view, you may need to check with the person in charge to find out which room has the nice view. Overall we like our stay and will definitely book again if we come back.

It’s very close to Central Street and Sophia Church… There is floor heating above the room, so you don’t have to worry about freezing your feet in winter.
