地段特別特別好 一公里範圍內有哈爾濱火車站、安靜街早晚市、中央大街、索菲亞大教堂、道理菜市場。到哪都方便。

房東大哥非常熱心熱情，怕我們找不到還特意在門口等着我們，使用情況也介紹的非常清楚，體驗了一把東北人的熱情。在小區對面就是中央大街了，非常繁華，各種小店琳琅滿目，直着穿過去就是防洪紀念塔，往左邊走可以做纜車，右手邊二三十米的地方就能買船票，兩種方法都能到對面的太陽島，另一邊到道里菜市場距離也就五百米，穿過市場就是聖索菲亞大教堂，地理位置特別好。再説房間內，180平米大三居，一進門就非常敞亮，每個屋子都是四四方方的，採光好、通風好，收拾的特別乾淨，衞生間也是乾濕分離，性價比太高了，大讚！

房間乾淨、整潔；老闆安排的停車位挺方便；有按摩椅，累了躺着很舒服；用了廚房煮雞蛋吃，微波爐加熱，都不錯；離中央大街、紅專街早市等很近，遊玩方便；晚上睡覺很安靜。
從訂房諮詢、住店指引、再到離店取衣，全程老闆服務特別好。
下次如果還來哈爾濱，人多的話，還可以繼續考慮住此房間。

這家民宿超棒！我是在攜程上預訂的，看到評價很好，就預訂了！沒想到來了後發現沒有電梯，老闆非常熱情，特意安排人幫我們搬運行李！房間非常大，非常乾淨！還有按摩椅！地方就在中央大街邊上，出去遊玩很方便！來年再去哈爾濱，一定再定這家！非常值得推薦！
