The sanitation and service are very good, but the room has no sound insulation effect at all. You can clearly hear loud voices in other rooms at night, and the conversations in the corridor in the morning are even clearer; the air conditioner in the room is aging, and it takes a few days to turn it on. It only takes a few minutes to work, but the function is pretty good; the room is connected. The room has poor ventilation and the window faces the corridor.

The flight was cancelled the day before and she immediately changed my check-in time. My family members were not feeling well and she also arranged for someone to send things upstairs; third, the security uncle was very responsible; fourth, the overall sound insulation of the room was good. Let me talk about the unsatisfactory aspects: first, although the room has floor heating and heating, the temperature is very unstable during the day. Sometimes we are still hot in T-shirts, and sometimes we have to wear sweaters in the house; second, the sanitation of the room is outsourced, and the main room is carpeted, and the carpet has never been vacuumed. At first, I thought the sheets and quilt covers would be changed every day, but on the fourth day, I accidentally spilled some soup on the bed, and there was a little lipstick on the pillow. When I came back around 10 o'clock in the evening, it looked neat outside, but in fact, the quilt cover, pillowcase and sheets were not changed. We changed them ourselves in the middle of the night. I also observed later that the quilt cover might be changed, but nothing else was changed; thirdly, it has something to do with the quality of the guests. Several times someone suddenly knocked on the door in the middle of the night, and there were five or six guests talking loudly at the door of our room in the middle of the night. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the stay, and the location was OK. Although it was 4 kilometers away from Central Street, it was still called Central Street Store, which was a little misleading. But the quietness was really guaranteed.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

The three times I visited Harbin, I always stayed at the youth hostel in the morning. Because when I went to Mohe, I kept my luggage at the youth hostel for two days. It was really good. You can also play table tennis there. The main reason is that the location is really good, just 50 meters away from the Central Street subway entrance. I will stay here again when I go to Harbin in winter.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The suite was well designed and ideal with 2 young kids. Only bad thing was I couldn't turn down the central heating. Even with the windows open it didn't cool down. It was in the middle of the winter and the room temperature was 27 Celcius. It was too hot to put on anything more than shorts and t-shirt inside the room. Buffet breakfast has everything you'd want. There is a small supermarket nextdoor and some good restaurants in the area.

I happened to come to Harbin to travel and visit friends, and I booked this hotel. The transportation is quite convenient. There is a subway station at the door of the hotel. The hotel looks quite grand, and the inside is magnificent, like a palace. The guest rooms are quite comfortable, with all the supplies. The environment is quite quiet, and the waiters are also very enthusiastic and proactive. I had a buffet meal at the hotel. The dishes were rich and tasted good. The waiters were also very thoughtful. The overall feeling was very good!

No need doubt this hotel. Service was fantastic. Wanted to give special thanks to the Room service lady and the cafe restaurant manager who was on duty for that 2 days. Cleaner was so helpful very fast in cleaning and replenishing stuff although we are resting in the room. One of my child is sick, request from hotel restaurant to pack some light food for the child he would gladly support. High floor with nice view! Money well spent. 😅
