My friends and I had a very good time staying here. When my friends left, I stayed one more night on my own. The staff was very friendly and even gave us some heating pads for free so that we wouldn't be too cold when spending the day outside. Probably, this hotel is one of the best ones I stayed in China.

There is air conditioning in the bedroom inside. The air conditioner is in a good position and doesn't blow too much. The hotel's hygiene is very clean, and items and mineral water are replenished every day. You can order takeout, and a robot will deliver it to your room without having to go downstairs to get it. The location of the hotel is easy to find, very close to the hospital and just on the edge of the main road. There are bus and subway stations around.

The room is clean and tidy, the curtains can be controlled by buttons, and the most special thing is that when you take a shower, music sounds at the same time, which is very enjoyable! The toilet also has an automatic flushing device, which is very good! The service staff cleaned the room in a timely manner, and greeted them very enthusiastically. It feels very comfortable to return to the clean room every night! Another very important point is that it is very convenient to eat opposite the hotel. There are all kinds of restaurants, such as the Zhengju Noodle House (I ate there twice in a row, the taste is very good), the authentic Northeast Iron Pot Stew (I ate there twice in a row, the pot-baked pork and the pork slices, the pork belly stewed with sauerkraut noodles are amazing, very authentic and economical), as well as mutton siu mai sauerkraut noodles, rice noodles, breakfast buns, spicy hot pot and barbecue, etc. I just regret that I didn't have enough time to eat! You need to stand in the bathtub to take a bath. It is very close to the First Hospital of Harbin Medical University. If It is very convenient to stay in this hotel when I go to the hospital. The price is reasonable in such a location. The front desk service is still very good. The air conditioning in the room has a good cooling effect and the air does not flow continuously when I leave the card. The air conditioner makes a sound. It would be better if it can be repaired. Overall It's still okay.

I was really satisfied with everything of the hotel. Breakfast has many options in both Asian and Western. Hotel amenities were super. I came here after reading many good reviews. The location is very good, it is convenient to go anywhere, and there are many places to eat and play nearby. It is a quiet place in a busy city. You can take a taxi or bus at the door. You have to go through the underground passage to sit opposite to take a Didi taxi. The service attitude of the front desk staff is generally good or bad, but the aunts who do the cleaning are very enthusiastic and will greet and offer help. On weekdays, only the sanitation staff of star-rated hotels have such services. After staying for two days, I found that the only bad thing was the facilities in the room. The hygiene was very clean, but I don’t know if it was the carpet or the air conditioner. Every time I came into the room, I would sneeze and then get rhinitis. Children with rhinitis should pay attention.

Name confuses at first. After lookup for its location, we assumed that it meant that we can easily take a metro directly to the famous street, few stops away. Breakfast was good. Fresh, variety and a lot it choices. Staff at breakfast room were friendly and always helpful. Related to staff, there is one male receptionist who spoke and understood English. With all other ladies we needed our translation application to communicate with them. Room was big, heater worked very well, too well some day, but luckily we could open our windows. Ps. Don't take a taxi without using didi app. We got cheated on the our way back to airport. A friend of us was even refuse for his ride to railway station...

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

The Ibis Harbin Central Street Airport Bus Station Hotel is the ideal place of convenience in Harbin because the bus top that connects directly to the Taiping International Airport is literally right outside; less than one minute. The nearest subway station is located in Shangzhi and is only 7-10 minutes on foot. The general areas and the room was very clean and all basic amenities were provided. The breakfast was quite good and the price was reasonable. The customer service was very good and they have their own AI robot that delivers food to your door and the still call to make sure you know the delivery is outside your door. I was more than satisfied with the stay experience.
