Resort Hotels in Harbin

Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

I came here because of the gimmick of Centenary Hotel, and I came with a feeling that may be good or bad about the whole hotel. But after arriving, the service, hotel facilities, and environment were all very good. The twin room I booked had better beds. Before arriving, I was prepared for a family of three to squeeze into two 1.2 small beds. But the arranged room has a 1.8 or 2-meter large bed, plus a small bed, which is equivalent to changing from a twin room to a parent-child room. And it’s on such a popular day in the third grade of junior high school. However, I did not find this type of apartment on Ctrip. It may be a hidden apartment to surprise guests. Then the hotel has welcome fruits, the hygiene is very clean, the parent-child room has been changed, the toilet is large, and the dry and wet separation is very good. The entrance of the hotel is inconspicuous, but as soon as you open the door and walk in, it is magnificent, resplendent and unique. The service is also very good. For breakfast, each person has a steak and an omelette. It is a Russian meal. As expected of a fighting nation, they eat a good breakfast. When I finally left, I was given a beautiful souvenir. Very nice mirror and comb. Will come next time, recommended 👍

Lovely hotel near to the ice festival so I'm glad that I wasn't too far away from all the sights because it was very cold there. A warm comfortable room and a delicious breakfast.

Facilities: quite smart, quite complete, quite advanced Hygiene: Very clean, 6-star treatment, the leader should not forget to promote Xu Xin, there are not many talents Environment: quite wow, quite good, the river view is particularly beautiful, spectacular and unobstructed Service: Very satisfied. I give a special thumbs up to the Jilin beauty Xu Xin who served at the front desk. It is really a five-star service. It is not as good as this service when I go to Atlantis Sanya. You really can't fault it.

Excellent location. Everything's within walking distance: Zhongyang Street (Zhongyangdajie), Sophia's Square, Songhua River sightseeing spot... The room is comfortable. You have free a kettle, fridge, free bottle water, and a small welcoming basket of fruit. Overall good service. Highly recommended.

The location is very very good as it is in the Central street of Harbin. But, there is only meeting rooom there, with no other facilities. The service is good, and the hygiene is ok. It is just because the carpet is a bit dirty and this hotel is very very old. Also, it is not 4 stars level hotel, it is more like 2.5 stars. Not only the location is good, but also there is a Russian cuisine restaurant that is delicious nearby, I recommend everyone to try that restaurant. But, there is a lot of people there, so you need to go there early otherwise the seats will be full and need to wait for a really long time. This hotel is ok if you live there for a night or two, but if you stay in this hotel for 3 nights or more, then I dont really recommend you to live in this hotel.

Huge room. Wonderful. The location is perfect, its off the Main Street so you don't get the noise but its a 5 min walk to the main shopping / tourist street. A 10 min walk to the park where you can access the cable car. Really the location is great. 24hour store opposite also, so really useful if you want to keep warm in the room and eat snacks. Speaking of warmth, the room we had was a little cold, but we didn't notice the heater in the room, but once we did, everything is fine. The place is clean and the service staff are friendly - although we didn't need to use them a lot, they always seemed keen. The reason facilities is not 5/5 is just due to the fact there was no breakfast, but as there are stores always nearby and the Main Street is super close, it really doesn't matter. It's a really nice place and especially for the money, its superb value. Would stay again - very easy decision.

One of the best hotels, service is top notch, definitely 5 star or more, clean, spacious, complete amenities. We love the breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. View from room is beautiful, big bathtub, and ample space for luggage. We took the shuttle service to Zhong Yang Da Jie and back. Worth the price we paid. Special mentioning of service staff at executive lounge孙婷雨 and front desk Ms 刘，who are professional and always responded to our requests.

Think this is a 4-5 stars hotel locally. The lobby is decent, not posh type. The rooms are cosy and beautiful. Kids like the kids room, toys and the sport car bed. All toiletries are provided and have kids version. Very thoughtful. Have a welcome fruits n snacks platters with high class mineral water. One thing we didn’t like about the hotel is it has a weird smell when we stepped out of the lift and walked towards our room. Like ‘salted fish’ smell. Not sure if it is from carpet or some food brought in by others. The smell was also in our room. The hotel is at a busy road junction facing Songhua River. Around there are many local eateries. We had a hard time finding suitable food for us and kids as their local food are mostly beef, lamb and duck innards and spicy. End up we took a taxi and went to a restaurant called Sheng Tian Fu, recommended by the driver. Taxi drivers not many are familiar with this hotel, and have to show them namecard. Not too difficult to get to attractions such as Harbin Polarpark, Sofia church and Zhongyang Street. More convenient to travel by taxi as these places are not exactly very near hotel and it can be cold walking a distance of 1-2km. Hotel provides decent breakfast with reasonable variety. Waitresses are friendly and proactive to chat with you and recommend you what to eat. One of them is called Xiao Liu, nice middle-age lady. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and may go back if we go to Harbin again and if the pricing of hotel is cheaper.
