Spotlessly clean, comfortable room in an ideal location. It's just 5 minutes from Harrogate centre. Paul was a lovely annd helpful host. We would definitely go back.

Very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and modern. Nice and spacious en-suite. Great location as you can walk to the town centre and the many local restaurants. There is parking available. Paul was welcoming and attentive. Good value for money!

Absolutely lovely room , spotless with everything you might need. Paul , the host ,was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble . Added bonus was the little kitchen/ eating area with tea, coffee , milk , yoghurts and cereal provided . Not to mention the fruit bowl full with apples pears oranges and bananas . Real treasure will definitely be returning ! 5 minutes from the town centre - ideal location.

Lovely central location
Lovely place to stay, with off road parking, though some shuffling of cars may be needed. Check in only until 7pm so be aware if travelling a distance

Nice quiet, no fuss stay
Just needed a quiet place to stay during a short trip to Harrogate to visit the baths, hotel was clean and comfy with tea/coffee making facilities, perfect for what we needed and owner was on hand to help as needed
