Because the typhoon delayed the Shinkansen, the check-in time was a bit late. The front desk said that the room was fully booked that night, so they arranged a smoking room for me. I booked a non-smoking room, but the supervisor came out and gave me a non-smoking room. I don't know how it can be adjusted when the room is fully booked, so it doesn't matter. The hotel is good overall, in line with the brand, but it's a bit old. The check-out time is late at 12 o'clock, which is also good.
