Place is convenient. Lots of 711s downstairs plus Mcdonalds. Reception area is at the 10th floor. Our room was at 9th floor. 2 lifts in the building but only 1 lift is working for the 9thflr. Have balcony and garden area which is nice. Receptionists are not that very accommodating but willing to answer questions when asked. In the room, the outlets near bed is hidden below the mattress so we had to pull out a bit the mattress for us to plug or charge our gadgets. Small fridge was not working as well despite telling the housekeeper about it. Toilet is fine. The room is aesthetic. Also has a water dispenser at the lobby. Overall our stay was good.

We love the location as it’s very convenient to access anywhere we like. MRT stations are nearby within walking distance.
Cleanliness - just average.
Service- concierge service is good and friendly.
We would like to voice out our concern regarding noise pollution during night time. It was nearly 11pm which was supposed to be rest time for next morning’s work. Upstairs they were dragging tables and chairs non stop and we were told by the manager that the upstairs ballroom had just finished an event and they’re doing cleaning. What a ridiculous answer! Even funnier was that the manager said to go back to him if we were still hearing the noise after 20 min ie about 11:30pm. We couldn’t sleep till even after 12 midnight as the noise was still going on! We were so disappointed as we didn’t expect a 5 star hotel could have such bad service, not even a word of apology!

The location is very good, as it is in a vibrant neighbourhood in hk, the Causeway Bay-Tin Hau area. Some hotels in hk have managed to dealt with the humidity issue. This hotel certainly should follow suit.

extended my stay in this room for 4th or 5th time so generally v. satisfied. Cleaning lady kaci is very hepfull &friendly, only took a mark off for facilities to (4/5 Good) as you have to go to the hostel next door to get hotwater and coffee and sugar (all provided free of charge) and fridge freezer. Also as with all hostels at Chungking mansions the lifts are crowded and you maybe waiting a while for them but there are lots of tasty South asian foods to eat while u wait.

Booked the Grand Premier Peak View King (Newly Renovated) room for accommodation before our big day. As we would have simple photo shoot inside the room, we asked the hotel if we could be arranged to a room with good view. The hotel was so kind to have upgraded our room to higher floor and the view was very nice.
The facilities in the room was new and easy to use. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. With a combination of traditional exterior and modern decoration inside the room, I will recommend this room to everyone.

The decor was super ugly, trying to look fancy but it just looks cheap. The rooms were all old and carpeted so there was a bit of a musty smell. Otherwise the rooms seemed clean. The location is excellent as it’s in the TST and near the waterfront.

Excellent
BBlessedBeeFirst time staying in this hotel. The room is quite big compare with others hotel. Booked Deluxe Family room but was upgraded to bigger room. Thank you for the upgrade! Room is clean, no weird smell, not dusty. Just next to Moko mall and Mongkok East MTR station. Very convenience. Will stay again at this hotel when we come back to HK.
JJanet ChuLocation of hotel was quite convenient because it's easy access to Yaumatei MTR station and Nathan Road.
Cleanliness was not up to standard due to old carpets in room caused bad smell once entering the room. Had reported to staff on day one when checked in, but nothing could be done due to other rooms also had the same situations.
Some of the counter staff were quite helpful, waiters working in Canteen were nice to clients. Highly recommended menu of breakfast could be revised every week, because long time staying clients would feel boring about the choices. House keeping staff were helpful too!
Strongly unsatisfied with the laundry machine on 18/F, due to totally three dryers were not well performed, clothes were still wet even though just put small portion of clothes.
After complained to front desk staff, nothing could be improved, they just gave a token to client to dry the clothes again! To waste another 40 minutes for drying again!
BBoBoBoringOur flight got delayed till 11:30pm, so didn’t make it thru the Regala Skycity Hotel free shuttle bus last ride at 11:45pm, we took a taxi with all our luggages for a short 5mins ride & reach the hotel. Next day take the free shuttle bus to Citygate outlet which run from 9am on an hourly base.
AAnonymous UserLocation is far from MTR , the nearest is TSUEN WAN WEST need to take taxi from OP mall. About 40-50HKD (depends on traffic)
The hotel service is great. But all the amenities disappointed. For a 4Star Hotels , I expected more of it. But there is no complimentary water *I’m Shocked! even though normally hotel gaves us A lot of complimentary water.
The receptionist say to us start 2 may. They no more giving us water. But overall thank you . 🙏🏻😇
MMarianne Alexis AlmedaThis is our top 1 favourite hotel, The room was amazing very clean and spacious, i was expecting to have a complimentary toothbrush but they don’t have it. Thank you for the small cake our celebrant was so surprised and happy, sad part was we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area since the bad weather came. will definitely comeback here again!
LLuukThe hotel was quite expensive (HK$ 2143 for two nights), but we had a room of 13m2 which gave us a bit more space. It's in a lively district, with nightlife, public transport and the Peak nearby.
The rooms are expensive (which seems to be the standard in HK) but at least the bed is clean and soft, and the shower is strong, warm and adjustable.
We had a nice Christmas weekend in HK.
AAnni43The hotel is well located between Chan Wai and Causeway bay subway stations.
The room was at the 20th (last) floor with a nice view on the mountain. The negative point is that we were hearing the vibrations from the airco groups located on the roof (?).
The room is clean but extremely old like many hotels in HK so ok it was expected.
There are only old plugs and only HK type (normal we are in HK) but not well located so if you place the adapter to the one close to the bed it can't fit...
The bath tap is also extremely old. I was afraid to break it each time I took a shower. But water was warm and in quantity so no problem.
The breakfast is a buffet but food/dishes were not well prepared. For instance the bacon was overcooked and very hard or looks like if it has been prepared the day before. The cheese looked like if it stayed too long outside. Nothing appetising :s
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
RRonaldThe perfect place to relax before entering HK downtown, or after leaving it. It shows signs of the time passed but it is totally OK. Chinese or Western breakfast available. Smack on the beach with an outdoor ground terrace. Super quiet in the evening. It can be reached by bus from Tung Chung bus station or by ferry from HK. Nice walks are to be had too, to hill tops or beaches. HK airport is on the other side of the island, and you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to the big Buddha from Tung Chung. If I get back to HK I will relax in this hotel first.
BBk64The room is big enough for two but the hotel needs a bit of a facelift and they room key access need an upgrade.
North Point MRT is just around the corner and the morning wet market is right in front of the hotel. Amazingly they cleaned up well after the morning frenzy.
You will be surprised Victoria Harbor is so close if you walk towards the sea side.
